I am writing this letter to formally resign from my position as Sales Clerk at Snacks Roxas .My last day
will be on Febuary 5,2025. After much consideration and thought, I have made the difficult decision to
step down from my role in order to focus on taking care of my baby. I realize this resignation only
provides short notice, but please understand that during this crucial time I am unable to stay longer .

I am grateful for the support and understanding that has been extended to me during my time at SM
store,Roxas branch. I have learned a great deal, and I am thankful for the opportunities for growth and
development that I have been given. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my colleagues and am
proud of the work that we have accomplished together.

I remain committed to ensuring a smooth transition during my remaining time here . Please let me know
how I can best facilitate this process.
