Activity WARM-UP ACTIVITY: VIDEO GAME
Teaching details / Learning Focus 1. Teacher demonstrates the Video Game activity to the students. 2. Students are asked to scatter around the activity area. 3. Teacher gives the commands of the activity and the students follow them. 4. The commands are: - PLAY: move around the area - FAST FORWARD: move fast - REWIND: move backwards - STOP: Stand still - JUMP: jump up - SLOW MOTION: move slowly - FLY: move hands like a bird flies - FIRE: hands act like using guns 5. Students act based on the commands given individually.
Organizations 1. Teacher goes to the classroom to fetch the students and brief them on the rules they are about to follow when they are on the field. 2. Teacher gives instructions to the students clearly and loudly. 3. Teacher observes the students while they are performing the activity. 4. Teacher guides students if they do not know how to act accordingly to the commands given.

SAFETY MEASUREMENTS: 1. Make sure all students spread themselves out and prevent students to go out of the activity area. 2. Make sure all students are observable within teachers eyesight. 3. Make sure students do not crash or bump to each other while the activity is conducted.

Games ( 10 mins)
STRIKING AND FIELDING GAME: ZONES (LEVEL 1) *refer to Diagram 1
1. Students are divided into 2 groups with 7 persons of each. The 1st group plays as FIELDER and the 2nd group plays as STRIKER 2. A striker lifts a ball himself and hit it into different range of point-labeled areas to get points for the group. 3. A striker has three tries to hit the ball. 4. The aim is to collect as much point as they can during the game. 5. The fielders catch the ball and return to the strikers basket. 6. No points are awarded if the ball is caught on the full by the fielders. 7. Game stops once all strikers hit the ball.

A bowler throws a ball and a striker hit it into different range of pointlabeled areas to get points for the group. 3. A striker has three tries to hit the ball. 4. The aim is to collect as much point as they can during the game. 5. After each hit, the striker is allowed to score bonus points by running to a set of cone area. 6. The striker gets points as long as the catcher does not receive the ball. 7. The fielders catch the ball and return to the catcher to put into the basket. 8. No points are awarded if the ball is caught on the full by the fielders. 9. Game stops once all strikers hit the ball.
