1.1) Project Location located in Mivida Compound Which is ideally located
close to the American University in New Cairo, just 20 minutes from
Cairo International Airport and within easy reach of 90th Street and
Suez-Sokhna Road

1.2) Project Purpose
The Purpose Of This Project is To Create An international
school that promotes international education, in an international
environment, either by adopting a curriculum such as that of
the international Baccalaureate , Edexcel, Cambridge Assessment
International Education or International Primary Curriculum, or by
following a national curriculum different from that of the school's
country of residence

1.3) Project Description
Rutgers International School is One of a Chain of Schools Around
World Wide Which Must Have The Same Specification. The School
Consists of 4 Main Buildings, 2 Playgrounds , Swimming Pool ,
Water Tank , Pumb Room , Infrastructure, Landscape , Substation
Building , Fences and Guard Rooms.

1.4) Project Scope
REDCON Construction has been assigned for carrying out the
Works comprising the Carrying out, completion and guarantee of
Construction Package For Parcel 30-B (Rutgers International
School - MIVIDA).
➢ The construction of the building shall include without the
limitation to the following works:
• Civil and structural works.
• Architectural works and internal finishing.
• Exterior finishes.
• Mechanical, firefighting, electrical and plumbing (MEP) indoor
and outdoor.
➢ IN SCOPE : Building A,B,C And D ,Guard Rooms And Fences.
➢ OUT OF SCOPE : Infrastructure Works , Irrigation Works ,
Swimming Pool , Water Tank , Substation Building And
Landscape Works .
