I hereby declare that the contents of the consignment are fully and accurately described above by the proper shipping name(s); that the shipment is packaged in
such a manner as to withstand the ordinary risks of handling and transport by sea having regard to the properties of the goods to be carried and that the goods are
classified, documented, packaged, marked, labelled/placarded, stowed and segregated in accordance with the requirements of the Merchant Shipping (Safety)
(Dangerous Goods and Marine Pollutants) Regulation (Cap. 413H), and/or the Merchant Shipping (Local Vessels) (General) Regulation (Cap. 548F)
