1. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE IN MM WHILE LEVELS ARE IN METRES, UNLESS INDICATED


OTHERWISE.

2. CONTRACTORS MUST CHECK & VERIFY ALL DIMENSION ON SITE BEFORE


COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.

3. ANY DISCREPANCIES IN THE FIGURED DIMENSION ARE TO BE REPORTED


IMMEDIATELY TO THE ARCHITECT.

4. REFER TO THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER FOR ALL STRUCTURAL SIZES &


DIMENSIONS.

5. ALL LEVELS SHOWN ON FLOOR PLAN ARE FINISHED FLOOR LEVELS.

6. CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS, P.E. CALCULATIONS &


ENDORSEMENT FOR ARCHITECT'S APPROVAL.

7. DO NOT SCALE THE DRAWING, FOLLOW FIGURED DIMENSION.

8. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO VERIFY DRAWINGS RECEIVED AND


DISCREPANCIES TO BE HIGHLIGHTED TO THE CONSULTANTS.
