Tell me about a time you failed:
o This is something personal, my biggest failure in life was losing my child. Until
now, I am filled with regrets and what ifs but still, I stand up everyday as my way
of making up for with her, that I should still live so she can come back when I am
ready.
o I always feel failure every time I can’t address the problem that I have to call on
someone to help me with it. I know calling for help isn’t a bad thing however, I
don’t want to be a bother to anyone that is why I worked with my problem-solving
ability, I observe, analyze and come up with a solution.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
- In five years I will be 30, I see myself growing my career and expertise, starting a
family, and and evolving both personally and professionally. (involves continuous
improvement in skills, knowledge, and overall well-being, both in one's
personal life and career. This encompasses acquiring new skills, setting
goals, seeking feedback, and taking on new challenges to enhance both

- I guess handling stress is quite easy for me because I have been into a lot of stressful
events in my life. In handling stress, I usually take a break, breath and then eat
something delicious. I also have stress relievers, my dogs. They really help me take all

- Before starting my day at work, I always have this to-do-list so I can focus on my tasks and
deadlines. Separate anything unnecessary and focus what’s on the table

- My recent job help me deal with utmost patience especially when talking to staffs in our
branches since most of time they call us regarding the problems there, also, I used to take
care of a family member that has been hospitalized and that helps me manage patience too.
