Advanced Competition Cutting Cycle (10 Weeks)
Weeks 1-6 (Fat Loss & Drying Phase)
- Testosterone Propionate: 100 mg EOD
- Trenbolone Acetate: 75-100 mg EOD
- Masteron Propionate: 100 mg EOD
- HGH: 4-6 IU/day (split AM & pre-workout)
- Proviron (Mesterolone): 50 mg/day
- Winstrol (oral): 40-50 mg/day
- Clenbuterol: 40 mcg/day up to 100 mcg/day (2 weeks on/off)
- T3 (Liothyronine): 25-50 mcg/day
- Aromatase Inhibitor: Arimidex 0.5 mg EOD or Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD
Weeks 7-8 (Hardening & Pre-Peak Phase)
- Continue all injectables from Weeks 1-6
- Add Halotestin: 10-20 mg/day (maximum 2 weeks)
- Optional: Injectable Winstrol 50 mg EOD
- Start water and carbohydrate manipulation based on condition
Week 9 (Peak Week)
- Stop long esters 10 days before show
- Continue short esters:
- Test Propionate: 50-100 mg EOD
- Trenbolone Acetate: 50-75 mg EOD
- Masteron Propionate: 100 mg EOD
- Winstrol, Proviron, Halotestin (final 5-6 days only)
- Water Intake:
- 7-5 days out: 6-8L/day
Advanced Competition Cutting Cycle (10 Weeks)
- 3 days out: 4L/day
- 1 day out: 1L/day
- Sodium: Maintain until 2 days out, taper as needed
- Carbohydrate Loading: 6-8g/kg of lean body mass for 2-3 days
Week 10 (Show Day & PCT Start)
- Water: only sips
- Carbs: light & fast-digesting (e.g., rice cakes, honey)
- Optional: 1 IU fast-acting insulin with carbs (advanced only)
- Begin PCT:
- HCG: 1000 IU EOD for 2 weeks
- Clomid: 50 mg/day for 4 weeks
- Nolvadex: 20 mg/day for 4 weeks
Support Supplements (All Phases)
- Liver: TUDCA or NAC
- Lipids & General Health: Omega-3, Multivitamin, ZMA
- Clenbuterol Support: Taurine, Potassium, Magnesium
- Hormonal: Ashwagandha, Cabergoline (0.25 mg 2x/week if needed)
