1. THE PRESENTER TEAM CAN HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 2 PARTICIPANTS.


2. EACH PRESENTER/ PRESENTER TEAM CAN SUBMIT A SINGLE ENTRY.
3. EACH PARTICIPANT WILL BE ALLOTTED A TOTAL OF 3 MINUTES FOR THE
PRESENTATION. (YOU CAN RECORD YOUR PRESENTATION ON MICROSOFT PPT AND
SAVE IT AS A VIDEO).
4. THE POSTER SHOULD NOT INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE PRESENTER/S OR THE
AFFILIATED INSTITUTE. ONLY THE INITIALS OF THE SUBMITTER SHOULD BE
MENTIONED.
5. OVERCROWDING A POSTER SLIDE MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO READ. HELP YOUR
READERS BY PROVIDING CLEAR LABELS OR HEADINGS FOR EACH SECTION OF YOUR
PRESENTATION.
6. THE POSTER SHOULD HAVE SCIENTIFIC BACKGROUND AND MUST HAVE
REFERENCE TO LITERATURE.
7. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE PERMISSION TO USE ANY IMAGES YOU
INCLUDE IN THE E-POSTER. THIS INCLUDES A LICENSE FOR COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS
