All prices published by Unitech or quoted by Unitech’s representatives may be changed at any time without notice. All prices
quotes are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in writing.

Internal Freight from the Manufacturer’s plant to Unitech will apply at the time of order unless otherwise stated in writing.
Manufacturer’s stock availability is only guaranteed to the customer after the Purchase Order is sent.

Prices shown may not include export packaging. Special packaging and shipping arrangements may be necessary to assure
proper handling for items defined as hazardous materials.

Products shipping outside the US are subject to the import laws of the country of final shipping destination. Some countries require
inspection of goods and legalization of documents prior to shipment. Compliance with these requirements is the responsibility of
the customer and cannot be arranged or scheduled by Unitech.

The quotation may include items requiring a license for sale or shipment outside of the U.S. Unitech reserves the right to refuse or
cancel orders for which a license is required.

Unitech reserves the right to stop the delivery of products in transit and to withhold shipments in whole or in part if the buyer fails to
make any payment to Unitech when due or otherwise fails to perform its obligations.

Orders below $250.00 are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.
