Cancellation
The amount of airline tickets and the service fees charged for booking are non-refundable after
24 hours.
Any cancellation beyond 24 hours is subject to the rules of the concerned airline. However, a
cancellation fee will be applicable.
Tickets can be canceled within 24 hours of booking for a fee via calling our 24/7 customer
 support.
In case of a no-show, the ticket is non-refundable, and the whole amount is forfeited by the
airline. To avoid a no-show, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before the flight departure.
Once a ticket is purchased, changes in the passenger name(s) are not allowed as per the
airline policy. Any changes made to the itinerary are restricted and are subject to the rules of the
concerned airline.

Note: Tickets of all the low-cost airlines purchased within 7 days (168 hours) of the travel date are non-
refundable after the time of purchase.

Travel Documents for Domestic and International Travel

Domestic Travel: For domestic flights, a valid government-issued photo I.D. is required to board
domestic flights. In most instances, You may have to present proof of age like a birth certificate for any
children under the age of 18.

International Travel: All international traveler(s) must carry a valid government-issued passport, valid
at least six months after your intended return date. Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the
traveler(s) to carry all necessary travel documents, including visa, transit visa, and other documents
required to enter all international ports.

Please be aware that travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than other destinations.
YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU MEET ALL APPLICABLE FOREIGN ENTRY
REQUIREMENTS AND HAVE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION. The Company urges you to review
travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government
prior to booking travel to international destinations.

Time to Reach at the Airport

Domestic Flights, within the 50 States of the United States of America.
Traveler(s) must reach the airport at least two hours before the scheduled departure flight time. If you
are traveling with children or require assistance boarding the aircraft, we recommend arriving at the
airport with sufficient extra time. Traveler(s) must confirm their flight with the airline 24 to 72 Hours
before their scheduled departure time.

International Flights
We highly recommend that international traveler(s) reach the airport at least 3 hours before the
scheduled departure. If you are traveling with children or require assistance boarding the aircraft,
please reach the airport with sufficient extra time.

Note: The airline solely reserves the right to refuse boarding to traveler(s) arriving late at the ticket
counter or the departure gate. In certain instances, the check-in time can differ for certain cities, it is the
responsibility of the passengers to confirm the check-in time with the airline.

Voluntary Itinerary Changes

While most itineraries ticketed by Lookbyfare allow for changes and modifications but the majority of
these changes in itinerary require issuing of a new ticket, according to airline policy. Please note that
all and any changes are subject to availability and may incur penalties based on the airline rules and
regulations and the fare difference from the original airfare and our service fees.

Involuntary Itinerary Changes (Changes done directly by the airline)

Please note that we have no control over any changes to a scheduled flight itinerary made by the
airline. In such a situation, if the airline informs us of a viable option, we will update you of the changes
through the email you have used to book your flight ticket. When the airline does not offer us a workable
option, our schedule change specialists will assist and review your reservation.
