THE FUNDAMENTAL FACTORS FOR ANALYSING THE HOUSE:

Bhav, Bhavesh and karak.

Karak are always permanent for the houses.
While analysing the house we always see the position means the planet sitting in
the house and the planet aspecting that house.
Like for analysing the house there can be two conditions- either no planets or
their can be planets.
If there are planets then they can be functional malefic or functional benefic.
Natural Benefic: Jupiter, Venus.
Conditional Benefic/ Conditional Malefic: Mercury, moon.

COMBUSTION: here the planet has been subjugated to the Sun. So, here
matters what is the difference in the degrees between the Sun and other planets.
So, the planet can be in direct motion or retrograde motion.
Example: When Mercury is within 14° of the sun, it becomes combust. When it is
retrograde, it is of 12°. When the mercury is combust, the signification of
mercury gets destroyed.
