EXCLUSIONS:
Our scope of supply is limited to the battery limit of our units and the following items are beyond the scope
of our supply Electrical control panels with or without VFD, Dehumidifier, Accessories, all types of Controls
& Instrumentation, actuators, dampers, heaters Sound attenuators, 3/2 way mixing valves, temperature &
pressure measuring device and sensors , Electrical cabling/wiring/earthing or any other item not specifically
mentioned in our quote.
COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRICES:
The above prices are excluding our work sat at Delhi & are inclusive of standard packing of poly, the new rap
special crate packing, if required can be provided at extra cost. Freight & Insurance shall be extra at actual.
GST: The above prices are exclusive of GST shall be charged extra 28%.
TERMS OF PAYMENT : 50% advance along with the order and balance against Performa invoice before
dispatch/delivery from our works.
DELIVERY: We shall be in a position to dispatch the material with in 20-25 days from the date of receipt of
technically/commercially clear order along with advance.
ASSEMBLY: Our prices are for supply of the material in knocked down conditions as applicable pending up
on capacity of the unit. Incase we are enquired to assemble the same at site, our charges shall be extra as
mutually agreed up on. Unloading, Lifting, shifting of units to the place of installation, Storage of units
including supervision of the material at site till assembly shall be in your scope.
VALIDITY: Our offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of our quote.
WARRANTY: 12 months from the date of dispatch or assembly as applicable which ever is earlier against
any manufacturing defect either to replace or repair. The Warranty does not cover consumables like V-belts,
filters etc. The warranty in case of motor burnout due to voltage/single facing will not be covered under the
warranty clause.
