4、 Product Features
1. Suitable for various large sheet metal bending work, reducing the workload of operators, improving
efficiency and accuracy; The height and rotation linkage of the material support frame can be
controlled according to the bending speed, and the operation can be fully synchronized. During
processing, the sheet metal is flipped up to match the working speed of the bending machine to
complete the bending process, replacing manual material support;
2. Equipped with automatic rotating shaft and manual lifting shaft, convenient for bending molds of
different heights;
3. Equipped with brush ball bearings to prevent scratching of the workpiece, facilitate workpiece
movement, rotation direction, and ease of bending;
4. Independent PLC control system, using magnetic grid ruler feedback information to PLC control servo
motor, closed-loop follow-up action;
5. The front loading operation is easy to follow, adjustable in front and back, and easy to install. There is
no need to modify the bending machine. Only a displacement sensor needs to be installed on the sliding
block of the bending machine to avoid the risk of failure caused by modifying the bending machine box
and taking the bending machine signal. It also avoids work-related accidents caused by the bending
machine dropping and pressing the operator's hand due to interference with the bending machine signal
by the accompanying vehicle.
