IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION FOR CANDIDATES

1. You are called upon to appear in the aforesaid Examination subject to your eligibility according to the Recruitment Rules and Instructions included
in the Advertisement dated 22/05/2024 and Corrigendum dated 27/09/2024. At any stage, if it is found that any of the condition(s) of eligibility is/are
not fulfilled, your candidature will be cancelled, regardless of the fact that you are called to appear in this Examination and you have qualified
thereat.
2. Without the print-out of this Admit Card, appearance in the Examination will not be permitted. The same shall be required to be submitted to the
Invigilator concerned, intact, the Candidate may keep extra copy of the same for his/her reference.
3. Candidate must bring 2 Passport size Photographs, one to be pasted on the Admit Card and one on Attendance Sheet in the Examination Room.
4. Please bring an Original Photo Identity Proof i.e. Pan Card / Election Card / valid Driving License / Aadhar Card / valid Passport alongwith the
Admit Card, at the time of appearing for the said Examination.
5. All candidates are required to download and read carefully, the Instructions given with the Admit Card and strictly adhere to them.
6. This Admit Card consists of two pages- Page 1 contains the Centre Details, and Page 2 has “Important instructions for candidates.” The candidate
has to download both pages.
7. Before reaching the Centre, candidates must enter the required details in the Self Declaration (Undertaking) in legible handwriting, paste the
Photograph and put a thumb impression at the appropriate place on the Admit Card. They should ensure that their Left-Hand Thumb Impression is
clear and not smudged.
8. If religion/customs require you to wear specific attire, please visit the Centre early for thorough checking and mandatory frisking.
9. No Candidate would be allowed to enter the Examination Centre, without Admit Card and undertaking, Valid ID Proof, and proper frisking.
10. Electronic Devices e.g. Mobile Phone / Tablet / Calculator / Bluetooth /Smart Watch / Earphone, etc. are strictly prohibited in the ‘Examination
Hall’. Also note that entry in the ‘Examination Centre’ itself, shall not be permitted to those candidates, in possession of such electronic gadgets.
No arrangements for ‘safe keeping’, will be made, which may be noted.
11. Frisking the candidates, for any electronic gadgets / materials, will be undertaken by the authorities, which may be noted.
12. Candidate has to attempt the answer in the Medium as specified in the Instructions given in Test Booklet. Candidate is required to bring her/his own
BLUE/BLACK Ball Point Pen to write the particulars and to mark response of the examination. Use of Pencil /any other Colour Pen/Gel Pen is
strictly prohibited and may lead to non-evaluation of the OMR Answer Sheet.
13. No candidate will be allowed to appear at the Examination Centre on the date and time other than that allotted to him/her in his/her Admit Card. No
request for Centre change will be accepted. The candidate must reach the Centre at the time as indicated against Reporting/Entry time at Centre,
on the Admit Card. No candidate shall be permitted to enter after the Gate Closing Time.
14. The Candidate shall not leave the Examination Room/Hall without prior permission of the Invigilator and without handing over his/her Admit Card &
OMR Answer Sheet.
15. Your appearance in the examination shall be at your own expenses, both ways.
16. It may be noted that, the Class-rooms/Blocks, etc. will be under CCTV Surveillance. If a candidate is found using any unfair
means/malpractices in the examination, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled and action/legal action as deemed fit will be initiated
against him/her.
17. If any FIR/Criminal/Civil Case has been lodged/filed against/by you, as on date, you are hereby specifically called upon to furnish
details/particulars, without fail, at the first instance, before taking the Test / Examination.
18. A Compensatory Time of 20 (Twenty) Minutes per Hour or otherwise advised shall be permitted for the candidates only with locomotor disability (not
less than 40%), subject to production of the requisite certificate(s)/document(s).
19. PwD candidate must bring a PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority if claiming relaxation under the PwD category.
20. The facility of a Scribe, in case he/she has a physical limitation and a scribe is essential to write the examination on his/her behalf, being so
certified in the prescribed format by a CMO/Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution. In case of requirement,
Scribe will be provided by the National Testing Agency, however, candidates has to request the NTA and High Court of Gujarat within 03 days from
the date of issuance of admit card. Any such request received 02 days prior to Exam shall not be entertained.
21. Do not write Name or put any sign/mark on the Test Booklet/ OMR Answer Sheet. Disclosure of identity in the OMR Answer Sheet in any manner
whatsoever, shall result in disqualification.
22. On Completion of the examination, please wait for the instructions from the Invigilator and do not get up from your seat until advised. The
candidates will be permitted to move out, one at a time only.
23. Candidate will be permitted to carry only the following items with them into the Examination Centre: 1. Personal transparent water bottle; 2. A
simple transparent Ball Point Pen (Blue/Black); 3. Duly filled and Signed Admit Card; 4. Original Valid ID Proof.
24. Shoes/footwear with thick soles and dresses with large buttons are NOT permitted.

26. The Centre Head/Exam Functionary is authorized to allow/not allow the candidate entry, dismiss the candidate/s from the Examination Centre for
any misconduct, any suspicious activity, unusual behaviour etc. by the candidate, and his/her decision will be final and binding.
