1. That I have read the advertisement no. 01/2025 carefully and thereafter have filled the present application
form with correct particulars and no part of it has been kept concealed.

2. That I have filled the present application form and I myself am responsible for the particulars mentioned in
the application form.

3. That I have not filled multiple application forms for CET (Group C) Advt. No. 01/2025.

4. That if at any stage, any of the information/particulars mentioned by me are found to be false, then my
candidature may be cancelled without giving any notice and without providing any opportunity of hearing.
Further, the criminal proceedings may also be initiated against me.
