Installation steps:
1. Extract the R2016a_win64.iso file. (“Extract here”)
2. The iso file will start extracting.
3. After installation, the folder will look something like this.
4. Open “Install notes.txt” , copy the standalone file installation
key.
5. Open the setup.exe file. If it asks for permission, give it.
6. Setup process will start. After Matlab logo pops up, this
figure will come forth. Check on “ “Use a file installation key”
box and click next. Then agree to the software license
agreement , check yes, click next.
7. Check the installation key box and paste the previously copied
file installation key in the box. Click next.
8. A window will pop up stating where you would like to install
it. You can change the directory. But remember where you
installed it. In the shown case , its “C:\Program
Files\MATLAB\R2016a”.
9. This check box window will pop up stating if you want to
install every toolbox.
10. Hover the mouse to product box and click on it. All check
boxes will disappear.
11. Check 6 boxes : Matlab 9.0, Computer Vision System Toolbox
7.1 , Image Acquisition Toolbox 5.0, Image Processing Toolbox
9.4, Neural Network toolbox 9.0 , Statistics and Machine
Learning Toolbox 10.2. Press next.
12. Chech both box and press next.
13. Press install.
14. It’s being installed………………
15. Installation complete!! (Actually not, lots of works to do still.)
Click finish.
16. Start MatLab. An activation window will come. Click Yes.
17. Activation time. Check “activate manually without internet”.
And press next.
18. Check “Enter the full……file name” . Click on “Browse”.
Browse to the directory of crack folder and select
“license_standalone.lic” file. Press select.
19. Select next. Activation is finished. Click “Finish”.
20. Go to the crack folder. Then go to R2016a. Then go to bin,
then to win64 and copy all 4 dll files.
21. Go to the directory where you installed Matlab. In step 8, we
mentioned it as “C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2016a”. Go
there and select “bin” folder and then “win64” folder . Pas
22. Paste all 4 dll files here. Replace them and give admin access.
23. Again go to crackR2016a. Then go to toolboxslrt and copy
blocks folder.
24. Go to the step 8 folder (The folder where you installed, in this
case “C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2016a”) and select toolbox
folder. Copy the folder there. Give admin access.
25. INSTALLATION COMPLETE!!!!! (BLOCK AND BOLD LETTER,
BECAUSE IT’S ACTUALLY COMPLETE!).
26. Start Matlab2016a and allow any firewall (if any prompt
comes up.)
27. First celebrate briefly and then START PRACTICING!!!.
