My PAN is BWEPG6939F (Original) and have been allotted another PAN AUKPG2033P
(Duplicate) which is requested to be deleted my source of income is None.

I do hereby confirm that no financial transaction has been done by me using the PAN
AUKPG2033P (Duplicate) no taxes or liabilities are outstanding towards the income Tax
Department against the PAN being deleted. I hereby certify that I have not utilized the
PAN to be deleted in any bank transaction, shares transaction or any other monetary
transaction with implicates tax effect.

I undertake to indemnify that losses to the income Tax Department/Government of India


in respect to de duplication of my PAN Cards BWEPG6939F (Original) PAN
AUKPG2033P (Duplicate).
