Sir / Madam,

Under Instructions from our client HDFC Bank Limited this notice is being
issued as under:

1. Owing to the default in repayment of your loan, the entire loan amount along with interest due and
payable by you to the Bank is being recalled forthwith.

2. You are hereby called upon to pay in full and discharge your liabilities to the bank aggregating to
Rs.893257.62/- within seven (7) days from the date of this notice. Failing which, Bank shall be
constrained to take appropriate legal action against you to recover the said amount.

3. Bank also reserves the right to share conduct of your loan account with credit information companies
and statutory bodies.

4. Please note that the Bank shall have right to approach, make enquiries and obtain required information
from your employer for the purpose of recovery of dues.
