REPORT
The webinar witnesses a participation of 113 students, which was conducted by Neeti Shastra. The webinar
commenced with the speakers Ms. Parishkriti Atri and Mr. Rahul Sharma, talking about how to present
oneself in an interview. They discussed the different ways on how to handle the interview, what all skills are
required if one needs to crack a interview, they also briefly discussed that our way of dressing, talking and
presenting yourself also affect the interview. They also discussed most commonly asked questions in the
interview and how to reply to these questions and how we should be honest throughout our interview. They
discussed about strengths and weaknesses of different work posts and how to work on them. They talked a
little about their career and told the students how important it is to know about your interests first and then
chose the right career paths. The session concluded with a brief introduction of the environment of Neeti
Shastra and how it’s guiding the students and professionals in their career growth.
