 APFC panel Operation & Maintenance
 Managed weekly repair and Maintenance details
 Ensure timely repair if any equipment break down .
 Preventive maintenance and operation of complete internal installation of the HT and LT
panel.
 Performing Planned Preventive Maintenance of Electrical and HVAC Equipment
 Ensure that all electrical fitting are in proper working condition .
 Periodic servicing of the engine and the alternator to ensure smooth running .
 Operation & Maintenance of HVAC system.
 General Operation & Maintenance of lift.
 BMS Software Operations.
