What is a Philippine Game?
        Traditional Filipino games or indigenous
        games in the Philippines (Laro ng Lahi)
        are games that are played across
        multiple generations, usually using
        native materials or instruments.

                    a sport involving spiders that occurs in different

                    The fights that occur in the Philippines and in
                    Japan are staged between females of various
                    species of web weavers. Female spiders will kill a
                    rival if the loser does not quickly flee or receive
                    the aid of a human handler. The contests that are
                    staged in Malaysia and Singapore are fights
                    between male jumping spiders.

                        Bunong Braso
                 “Bunong Braso” or Arm Wrestling is
                 a sport played by two individuals
                 where their arm strength is tested.
Jokes and Tricksters Games
                               Agawang Sulok
                  A quadrangular playground is marked off on the
                    ground or floor, where the game is played.
                  All the players but one (the tagger) stay in the
                     corner and on the bases. The tagger stands in
                     the middle of the ground. The players in the
                     corners will try to exchange places by dashing
                     across from place to place. The tagger must try
                     to secure a corner or base by rushing to any

                        Luksong Tinik
                Luksong tinik is a traditional Filipino
