Office, I have been in possession and ownership of the said land. Now, due
to my need for cash money, I am selling 3.75 shatak of land as a sub-sale. As
per due process, you have expressed your willingness to purchase the said
land. I have received the full consideration amount of Taka 750,000. in cash
from you, and having received the entire amount, I hereby sub-sell the land
described below to you.You may, from this day onward, take necessary steps
to record your name in place of mine in the official government records and
ensure proper mutation and entry of your name in the relevant land docu-
ments. I declare that neither I, nor any of my heirs or successors, shall raise
any objection or claim over the said property in any manner whatsoever. If
anyone does so, such action will be considered contempt of court.With this
