APPOINT, NAME AND CONSTITUTE LORELYN I. CATALAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with
residence and postal address at Brgy. San Isidro, Luisiana, Laguna, as my true and lawful
representative, to act for and in the name and stead and perform the following acts:

1. To make, sign, process, and pay, submit whatever papers or documents needed to
apply for request of splitting of Title to Registry of Deeds Sta.Cruz, Laguna, Municipal
Assessor Ofiice of Luisiana, Laguna, a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. 058-2024004839, Lot 5938, with an area of Eight Thousand Seventeen
(8,017) square meters more or less, located at Brgy. San Jose, Luisiana, Laguna.

2. To make, sign and received any pertinent documents relative to the transfer and
payment of the property.

HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto out representative/attorney in fact, full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and things, as fully to all intents and purposes as
might do or cause to be done if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that
my said attorney in-fact shall do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
