Accommodation

1. What kind of housing/accommodation do you live in?


# Currently, I live in a ….. house/ an apartment that is located in ……………… district/ town
with my family.
- Most modern amenities are within walking distance, including markets, cinemas, fitness
centers, hospitals, and various fashion shops and restaurants.
à It’s a convenient and lively area that makes daily life much easier and more enjoyable.

- The neighbors are very friendly and supportive. They’re always willing to lend a hand whenever
we need help.

- My house is newly built and equipped with modern appliances, such as a smart TV, an air
conditioner, a microwave, and a washing machine.
- can easily grab almost anything I need in just a few minutes. à really enjoy my life there /

- I love living here as my apartment is on the 25th floor, so from the balcony, I have a nice view

2. Who do you live with?

of me and support me whenever I need/ stay beside me through ups and downs

# No à I really want to move out and live on my own to have more privacy. I want to be more
independent. I hope that when I graduate from university, I'll be able to move out.
5. What's the difference between where you are living now and where you lived in the
past?
- My current house is more spacious than the old one. The old house was a three-story building
that wasn't big enough for my extended family. Now, my home has five floors and is equipped
with more modern appliances, such as …….
It's located in a less densely populated area, making it more comfortable and convenient to get
around. I no longer have to deal with traffic jams like I used to

- used to stay in a terraced house located in ………….., a very crowded place.


- Now: a more central area/ many more amenities like shopping malls and cinemas are within
walking distance to my house.

7. Do you prefer living in a house or a flat?

- Owning an independent house à can plan and design my house in the ways or styles I want,
while I can’t do that if I live in an apartment
- love having a small garden where I can plant flowers, organic vegetables.

My own room is actually a multi-purpose room WHERE I sleep, study and entertain.

My room is painted in ……. color, WHICH is my favorite.
I love spending time in my room, playing my favorite games or watching films to relax, BLOW
OFF STEAM and RECHARGE MY BATTERIES after a tiring day at school/ work.
