If you disagree with the above violation, you may raise your dispute or submit representation, with relevant
documents and proof, at https://itmschallan.parivahan.gov.in/raise-grievance within 15 days from the date of
receipt of this notice. In case of no such dispute/representation, it would be presumed that the owner has
committed the offence and E-challan would be generated and sent to you.
In case, you wish to compound the traffic offence, you may please deposit the above-mentioned compounding
fine on-behalf of the erring driver at the O/o The SSP Traffic City, Panjtirthi, Jammu under proper
acknowledgement within 15 days or you may deposit it online via the QR code given below:
1. Click on the link received via sms or visit https://itmschallan.parivahan.gov.in/raise-grievance.
2. Follow the steps provided on the page for "Pay Challan" option to generate e-Challan.

offence, the owner should reveal the details, as requested above, of the driver who drove the vehicle on the
date and time of violation. If the desired information is not revealed/ submitted within 15 days, it would be
presumed that the owner has committed the offence and e-challan will be issued to the owner of the vehicle.
* The violator has been warned through a signage at the place of incident as per Section 209 (a) of the Motor
Vehicle Act 1988.
