• Checked the Daily Wage Payroll of the Baranggay tanod from each Baranggay.

• Calculated the amounts in the Reports of Disbursement.

• Recorded some information in the log book and delivered it to the Mayor’s office

• Passed a document in the Back office and had it received

Day 9
• Went to the Mayor’s office, the Municipal Office of Engineering and HR and got the
documentsb received.
• Checked the documents of the Supplementary Feeding Program and wrote the
incorrect details into the other bond paper.
Day 10
• Recorded the checks information and transferred it to the outgoing log book
• Stamped on paper documents
• Recorded and Transferred the checks information to the check log book.
• Organized paper documents using fastener.

• Recorded the ongoing and outgoing transactions from different offices,
such as the assessor, MDRRMO, MHO, OMA, and Treasury Office.

Day 3 (February 21, 2024)
• Organized the papers of the annual budget of some barangays
• Went to the PDAO office, Mayor’s Office, and SB office to give some
documents and sign the logbook.
• Oganized the voucher papers.
• Gave the papers about the status of funds for the month of January
and came across to the following offices: the Accountant Office,Library
Office, Civil Registrar, Sangguniang Bayan, Office of the Mayor,
MENRO, Treasurer Office, Human Resources Management, PDAO,
MDRRMC, Senior Citizen Affairs, Tourism, GSO, Assessor’s Office,
Business Permits and Licenses, Bids and Awards Committee, Municipal
Engineer, Planning and Development Coordinator, and Information
Officer.
• Went to the office of information technology, and we photocopied the
papers that Ma’am Zandra ordered.
• Stamped the papers, which are the released obligation request.
• Went to the accountant office and gave out the voucher papers.
