Steve Paul Jobs
Known as the founder of Apple, Steve Jobs’ astonishing inventions have impacted generations
worldwide. However, his humble beginnings may surprise most:
Schieble gave birth to Steve Jobs in 1955 and was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs at birth. Jobs
was an advanced student In his childhood, impressing his teachers all throughout. However, he
was a victim of bullying due to being a "socially awkward loner”. Steve went to Reed College but
left after one semester, yet, he continued a calligraphy class, allowing him to design typefaces
and fonts for the Mac computer, which later brought prosperity into his life.
Jobs became a pioneer of the personal computer era, inspired by the convenience of
user-friendly computers, Steve Jobs's team decided to create their own product. Taking the lead
in telecommunication in 1976 by introducing the first Apple I computer with his team.
The Apple I computer, an 8-bit desktop was manufactured and sold to the general public but as
anticipated, the sales didn’t go well, only 25 out of 200 were sold out then. In 1977 after learning a
lesson from their first invention, their team released the Apple II computer to the public and it was
the first highly successful mass-produced personal computer that was recognizable during the 1980s
and early 1990s.
In 2007, Jobs changed the name of the company to Apple Inc., and unveiled the touch-screen
iPhone, a phone with the ability to play MP3s and films along with the ability to access the Internet.
Later that year, Apple launched the iPod Touch, a handheld MP3 and gaming gadget with an
iPhone-like touch screen and built-in wifi. These two products were a huge success as they brought
overwhelming responses and made life easier to communicate.
Interestingly, Jobs had been given a summer job by the founder of the Hewlett-Packard Company at
13 while Jobs was trying to ask for some leftover electronic parts. He worked? on the assembly line
putting nuts and bolts together on frequency counters and felt like he was in heaven when doing so.
Surprisingly, Jobs had invested in the first Pixar film “Toy Story” meaning he was credited as
executive producer for the movie.

continues to be one of the most influential and recognisable brands around the world. His
innovations brought genres of people convenience and user-friendly experience. Steve Jobs
has therefore been one of the most incredible and recognisable innovators ever.
