7:14 7 DAY PRAYER FOCUS & MEDITATING ON THE WORD: SUNDAY

01 – SATURDAY 07 DECEMBER 2024


Everyone is encouraged to:
1. Spend time in the word, prayer and fasting. Fasting is from 6am- 7:14pm.
2. Be in corporate prayer between 6:00 and 7:14pm.
3. Extend kindness to the poor.
4. Invite someone to prayer.
5. Share the good news of Jesus with one person.

Theme
Day 1: WFTY Quote: “Our relationship with Jesus Christ is the door that gives us access to the Promises of God. The Holy Spirit’s
SUNDAY 1 role is to guide us into all truth. The Word of God is the truth and by obeying the Word we will see the way.”
DECEMBER Scripture Meditation: 2 Chronicles 7:14 NKJV “if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and
pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and heal their land.”
REPENTANCE Prayer Focus:
• Repent on own behalf and the church for wrong attitudes and entering into trapdoors through disobedience.
• Ask that the Lord would sanctify us and grant us grace for this week of seeking His face.
• Introspect on the promises of God, what is yet to be fulfilled and what has been fulfilled.
Day 2: WFTY Quote: “Humility before the Lord is a door opener.”
MONDAY 2 Scripture Meditation: Isaiah 58:6 (NKJV) “Is this not the fast that I have chosen: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to
DECEMBER undo the heavy burdens, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?”
Prayer Focus:
HUMILITY • Think on why you are fasting and write down your what, why and how. Share with someone for accountability.
• Pray that this fast, movement wide, will align with the Lord’s intent and heart so that we please God.
• Bring something to give to the poor, hungry, naked and homeless to give at prayer tonight.

Day 3: WFTY Quote: “There will be wide open doors of opportunity provided for us by the Spirit of God, for effective ministry, but
TUESDAY 3 do not think that the devil will simply give up his territory without resistance.”
DECEMBER Scripture Meditation: 1 Corinthians 16:13-14 (NKJV) “Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong. Let all that
you do be done in love.”
OPEN DOORS Prayer Focus:
• Repent where we have allowed ourselves as individuals and as the church to give up because of adversity and
adversaries.
• Pray for someone you know is currently discouraged, a family, cell family, tribe or church member.
• Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Send scripture in a voice note, text message to the person you prayed for.
Day 4: WFTY Quote: “The number 8 marks a season of receiving vision and discernment from God’s throne room. This is a year to
WEDNESDAY 4 ask Him for renewed eyesight to truly see and discern what He desires to perform around and within our lives and His church.”
DECEMBER Scripture Meditation: Ephesians 1:17-18a (NKJV) “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give
you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes your understanding being enlightened;”
Wisdom of God Prayer Focus:
• Though the year is almost done, God is not done with our lives. Ask for the eyes to see and discern what next as a
church.
• Pray for the Word of the Year for 2025 and for Pastor Tom to declare it boldly.
• Take the time to write down any thoughts, revelations, scriptures you get as you listen to the Lord during prayer.
Day 5: WFTY Quote: “As this year progresses, there will be a spirit of pruning and refining. God desires to cut off old mindsets,
THURSDAY 5 toxic relationships and sinful habits that have held his people back.”
DECEMBER Scripture Meditation: John 15:5 (NKJV) “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears
much fruit; for without me you can do nothing.”
FRUITFULNESS Prayer Focus:
• The Lord prunes those that He loves. Repent where you have resented the pruning of the Lord.
• Ask the Lord for right relationships, correct perspectives and habits in your life and the church to make room for the
new thing the Lord is doing in us.
• Memorize John 15:5 as a family and share with someone what the verse means to you.

Day 6: WFTY Quote: “Ancient doors will open where and when the Lord is glorified.”
FRIDAY 6 Scripture Meditation: Psalm 100:4 (NKJV) “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise. Be
DECEMBER thankful to Him and bless His name.”
Prayer Focus:
THANKSGIVING • Give thanks to God for His faithfulness.
Day 7: WFTY Quote: “Harp and bowl represent Worship and Prayer, being intertwined for His glory.”
SATURDAY 7 Scripture Meditation: Psalm 103:2 (NKJV) “bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.”
DECEMBER Prayer Focus:
• Praise the Most High God for the grace to pray together these 7 days to worship music.
BLESS THE • Invite someone to this final session of corporate prayer.
