Conceptual Framework

This figure shows the flow of the project. Specifically, the input is the system’s
users, which refer to the administrator (Faculty/Instructor) and the
customers(students). All users, except for the students, are required to input their
username and password to log into the website. Upon logging in into the website, the
users, in this case the faculty members, must first change their password in order to
personalize their given account. Once logged in into the system., the admin can now
navigate through the system’s features. The admin can check the classes under their
care and the edit data. The admin can then input the subject that the admin will
handle in the subject’s section. The admin are given two option in the students
section which is, to input new students and view the students list. The admin can edit
the student’s details in the students list section and directly add students in the
students list. In the results section of the system, the admin can view the results of
each student with the data that they entered in the system, which the admin can
either print the results or not. This automation allows faculty members to efficiently
record student’s details, especially the grades of the students to be automatically
computed at the same time, print the grades with ease and with speed. The students
can use the system, but their access is only limited to viewing the results directly
using the student ID.
