Sub: Complaint letter against father Sisir Karmakar for regular abuse and threatening over myself, by minor daughter
and cousin brother.
Sir,
This is to inform you that my aforesaid being a teetotaler is abusing me and my minor daughter namely Anantica
Kayal on regular basis after he returns home at night and I along with my daughter has been staying at my paternal
home i.e. the address as mentioned hereinabove since my divorce and I am engaged in a private sector job for
maintaining myself and my daughter. My father does not provide us with anything financially for maintenance but
abuses us now and then and even threatens me and my daughter with dire consequences on the next occasion. My
cousin brother namely Soumik Karmakar mobile number - 9831192497 also gets abused and beaten up when
coming to defend me from the abuse and threatening of my father.
That on 14th March 2025, at around 3AM my father came to my room when myself and my daughter were
sleeping inside the room and he jerked me off from sleep and slapped me and called me with abusive names, which
cannot be uttered in mouth. He even forced my 8 years old minor daughter to wake from sleep and pushed her on the
floor for which she also got injured. My father also fisted me in my stomach several times and kicked me after I fell
on the ground.
Hearing all these, when my cousin brother came to the spot to stop my father, he also got beaten up and got
threatened with dire consequences. My brother also suffered injured. Hence, under such circumstances I find it
prudent to knock the doors of your-goodself and I would request humbly request to your goof-office to register a
complaint against my father as mentioned hereinabove in your General Diary and take necessary step to mitigate
such incident in the future.
