(I) PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Assignment 1: Physical Education Lab Manual
Students are supposed to prepare a practical file in Physical Education practical manual of Saraswati Publication. All students
are required to fill the certificate in your file with your passport photo pasted on it.

Instructions to Follow:

1. Practical 1: Fitness tests administration (SAI KHELO INDIA TEST). which is included in your Saraswati Publication
Lab Manual (Pages 5-10).
2. The presentation of the work must be organized and include diagrams along with different types of illustrations.
Practical 3: Anyone one IOC recognized Sport/Games
 History
 Diagram of the field with measurement
 Picture of Equipment use in the game
 Rules and Regulations of the game
 Terminologies use in game
 Picture and detail explanation of Skills of the game
 Arjuna and Dhronacharya award winner name with photograph
 Famous Tournament at National and International Level
 Famous Personality or Players of game.

NOTE: Practical file work has to be done in Physical Education Practical Lab Manual Only. No other file will be accepted.

Assignment 2: Class Work

Stay on track! Complete your class notes up to the current chapter, and make sure to revise them regularly for better retention.
