debit my card account with a Fee of Rs.99/- (plus applicable taxes) towards handling charges for all goods and services
towards the above redemption (Applicable for Products/Vouchers/Airmiles). For cashback redemption, a redemption fee
of Rs. 50/- (plus applicable taxes) will be charged. (Redemption fee is not Applicable for Infinia, Diners Black metal, Biz
Diners Black & Diners Black).

Terms and Conditions:
a. Physical Products redeemed will be delivered within 7 – 10 working days, subject to availability only to the card member’s mailing
address as per HDFC Bank records. E-vouchers will be delivered in 1-2 working days.
b. Please ensure payment of minimum amount due (MAD) is made towards your card account even if you choose to redeem your
reward points towards cashback.
c. Cashback will be credited to your card account within 2 working days from the date of receipt of this form. It will reflect only in
your subsequent credit card statement and will not be considered as payment for the last statement.
d. Maximum Reward Points available for redemption will be as per the last statement.
e. Reward Redemption request where number of reward Points mentioned is greater than last statement balance will be rejected.
f. HDFC Bank has the right to change or amend the facility without notice to the customer.
g. All Terms & Conditions of My Rewards Program are applicable.
h. The qualification of redemption is subject to the accrual of minimum mileage points and duration as specified by the respective
airline.
i. All the other conditions as specified by the respective airlines will be applicable.
j. Please allow the particular airline a period of 5-7 working days to confirm the conversion of reward Points to Air Miles.
k. HDFC Bank has the right to change or amend this facility without prior notice to the Cardholder
l. Rewards redemption once done cannot be cancelled.
