1. EXT. APARTMENT TERRACE - DAY
Rahul stands beside his chair, body tense, hands clenched into
fists. He stares down at the ground far below. His breath is
uneven, sweat trailing down his cheeks as the wind rustles
around him.
SLIDING CHAIR SOUND
MATCH CUT TO:
2. INT. APARTMENT - DAY
Rahul pulls out a chair and sits at a cluttered desk. He grabs
a sheet of paper, pauses for a moment, then begins to write.
At the top, in bold, heavy letters: “I Quit.”

MATCH CUT TO:
3. EXT. APARTMENT TERRACE - DAY
Rahul stands on the chair, one foot planted on the seat, the
other precariously balanced on the terrace wall. He gazes
forward, eyes wide with fear, his entire body trembling.A long
pause. Rahul takes a shaky breath. Slowly, he moves his foot

off the wall and steps back down.
CUT TO:
4. INT. APARTMENT - DAY
Rahul sits in front of his laptop, the pale glow of the screen
lighting up his weary face. His eyes scan the email, lips
moving silently as he reads and his expression sinks.

INSERT – LAPTOP SCREEN
An email subject line reads: “Termination from Founder
Position – Synthesis.”
BACK TO SCENE
Rahu blinks, stunned. He leans back slightly, as if the words
have physically hit him.
INSERT – HANDWRITTEN NOTE (CLOSE-UP)
Scrawled in shaky handwriting: “I lost everything in business.
I have nothing left.”

5. INT. APARTMENT - DAY
Rahul picks up a knife, his hands trembling. He presses it
lightly against his wrist, but fear overwhelms him. The knife
slips from his hand and clatters to the floor.

6. INT. APARTMENT - DAY
Rahul sits at the desk, hunched over a piece of paper. He
scribbles the final line with shaky hands:
“I can’t take this anymore. I quit. I’m sorry.”

He places the pen down, slowly caps it, and sits in stillness.
CUT TO:
7. INT. APARTMENT - DAY
Rahul sits in front of his laptop. The pale screen light glows
on his tired face as he types: “easiest ways to kill oneself.”

8. EXT. PHARMACY - DAY
Rahul buys a bottle of sleeping pills. He stands outside the
pharmacy, staring at it for a moment, then lowers his hand and
walks toward his house.

9. EXT. PHARMACY ROAD - DAY
The sun’s rays fall softly on Rahul’s face as he walks, his
eyes squinting against the light. He notices a sugar cane
stall nearby. His throat dry, he feels a sudden thirst and
moves toward it.
CUT TO:
10. EXT. SUGARCANE STALL - DAY
Rahul reaches the stall, surprised by the vendor’s missing arm
and leg. As he looks at the Vendor, their eyes meet. A brief,
silent exchange passes between them.

VENDOR
ಅಣ Lemon ಅ? Chat masala ನ?
RAHUL
(Nods his head) Lemon .
The Vendor starts the sugar cane machine, his movements smooth
and practiced. Rahul watches, amazed, as the Vendor works with
focus and precision. Despite his disability, a genuine smile
spreads across his face.
Rahul can’t help but be struck by the vendor’s determination
and positivity. He watches, silently impressed by how
effortlessly the Vendor handles the machine, despite the
obvious challenges.

VENDOR
(Smiling)ಅಣ
Rahul, lost in thought, stares at the Vendor's face,
contemplating the strength and resilience he sees. His mind
races, overwhelmed by the moment.
In his daze, he reaches for the glass of juice. His hand
ri
shakes, and before he realizes it, the glass slips from his
grasp, crashing onto the ground.
Rahul stares at his hands, still trembling, and then down at
the broken glass, his gaze distant.
VENDOR (CONT'D)
(Smiling and patting) ಪವ ಲ ಅಣ ,
Sc
ಓ glass ಅ , ಇ ೕಂದು ತ ೕ .
Rahul snaps out of his contemplation, the weight of the
Vendor's smile and determination hitting him hard. His eyes
well up with tears, and before he realizes it, they begin to
fall.
Overcome with emotion, Rahul steps forward and hugs the
Vendor. The Vendor, surprised but understanding, stands still,
allowing Rahul to release his grief in the embrace.
RAHUL
(Tears in his eyes)THANK YOU ಅಣ !

11. EXT. SUGARCANE STALL - DAY
Rahul walks away from the stall, his back turned. The camera

frames him on the left side, walking away with purpose. On the
right side of the frame, the empty bottle lies in the trash
pile, discarded.
