Druid: Circle of the Harvest

Everyday low-level magic is frequent in Obojima, and it is not rare that some people learn some low-
level spells to take care of their farms.
The druids from the Circle of the Harvest stand out from regular farmers due to their amazing powers to
grow their crops. They are capable of transforming ordinary seeds into luscious vegetables, and even
infuse them with life, attracting plant spirits to temporarily occupy them.

Lv. 3 - Circle Spells

Your connection with the land grants you the ability to use certain spells. Once you meet the level
indicated in the table, these spells are always prepared for you, in addition to the normal number of
spells you can prepare. Spells marked by * are found in Obojima - Tales from the Tall Grass.

Lv.3 – Living Harvest

As an action, you can spend one use of your Wild Shape to infuse life into the ground. A Harvest Spirit
of your choice manifests in an unoccupied space within 30 ft of you. When the spirit appears, each
creature of your choice within 10 ft of the Harvest Spirit receives 1d6 temporary hit points.
The spirit is friendly to you and your allies, and obeys your commands. In combat, it only takes the
Dodge action, unless you use your bonus action to order a different action from its stat block. If your
character becomes incapacitated, the spirit can act on its own, using any action available.
The Harvest Spirit remains animated for 1 hour, after which it whithers. It can whither earlier if it’s
reduced to 0 hit points, if you use your Wild Shape again, or your character dies.

Druid: Circle of the Harvest
Lv.6: Crop circles
As an action, you can turn solid ground into an overgrown harvest field. Choose a point within 120 ft. of
yourself. Plants grow in a 20-foot radius around that point, and the area is considered Difficult Terrain.
Additionally, choose one of the following options:
• Corn field. Creatures in the area become Heavily Obscured unless they are at a distance of 5
feet or less. If any flame touches the area, it explodes in popcorn. Every creature inside must
make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 bludgeoning damage and 4d6 fire damage on a failure,
or half on a success. After the popcorn explosion, the effect of the Crop Circle ends.
• Jack-O’ Lantern patch. Spooky pumpkins carved like a Jack-O’Lantern grow in the area, and a
horrifying scarecrow stands in the center. When a creature moves into or within the area, it must
make a Wisdom saving throw or receive 2d6 psychic damage and become frightened of the
scarecrow. A frigtened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each turn, ending the
effect on a success. Once a creature passes the save, it is immune to this effect for 24 hours.
• Raspberry growth. When a creature moves into or within the area, it takes 2d4 Piercing damage
for every 5 feet it travels. Additionally, when the effect finishes, 4d6 raspberries fall to the ground.
A creature can use an action to eat or feed one raspberry to another, restoring 1 hit point each.
• Spinach growth. Creatures of your choice within the area can add 1d4 to their Strength-based
d20 tests and damage rolls.
The crop circle remains on the ground for 1 minute, after which it disappears. The effect ends early if
you get incapacitated or die. You can also dismiss it at any time (no action required).
You use this feature once, and regain the ability to do so when you finish a Long Rest. You can also
restore its use by expending a spell slot of level 3 or higher.

Lv.10: Scarecrow form

As a bonus action, you can expend one use of your Wild Shape to take the appearance of a scarecrow
and transform your surroundings with life energy. While the effects lasts, you gain the following benefits:
• You gain temporary Hit Points equal to 4 times your Druid Level.
• You also select one of your Crop Circles and apply its effect on a 20-foot emanation from you.
Your allies receive no damage from your emanation and automatically succeed on the saving
throws caused by it.
• When a creature takes damage from your Crop Circles or Harvest Spirits within the emanation,
they receive extra damage equal to your Wisdom Modifier.
The effects last for 10 minutes, until you lose all of the Temporary Hit Points granted by this feature, or
use this feature again.

Lv.14: Cornucopia of abundance

Your crops are the living embodiment of abundance and hospitality. You can imbue a patch of land of life
energy and grow an impressive amount of crops in 10 minutes. At the end of these 10 minutes, the crops
turn into an exhuberant banquet with a massive cornucopia full of fruits and vegetables at the center.
Up to 12 creatures can eat from the banquet and gain the effects of the Heroes’ Feast spell.
Once you use this feature, you must wait 1d4+3 days to use it again.
