policies, procedures, and I hereby authorize the RBL Bank to obtain and verify credit history
and other relevant information from credit agencies or other sources or information utilities;
2. My personal information will be collected, stored, processed, and may be shared by RBL Bank
with third-party service providers of the RBL Bank, as necessary, for me to avail intended
banking services and is subject to RBL Bank’s privacy policy and further that if I withdraw the
consent, RBL Bank or third party service provider of RBL Bank may not be able to continue to
provide intended banking products and services availed by me.
3. Availing of approved products or services will be subject to additional terms and conditions
provided upon approval and subject RBL Bank’s acceptance and execution of satisfactory
documentation in the form and manner suggested by the RBL Bank including KYC and
assessment of suitability and appropriateness of the products and services to be availed;
4. RBL Bank reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice to me;
5. RBL Bank is not liable for any damages arising from the submission of this application, or the
determination of my eligibility for availing banking products and services from RBL Bank;
6. This undertaking and confirmation and any related disputes are governed by the laws of India.
