Note: Additional 18% GST charge will be applicable on all the Banquet buffet items
Payment Mode
Terms and Conditions: 50% Payment is required to confirm the booking
100% Payment to be received 1 week before the event date.
Any extra balance payment must be cleared by Cash or Credit Card only on the same day event.
A copy of PAN card would be required during the Booking Advance.
The above contract rates is only valid for the above dates.
In Case of any cancellation or last-minute reduction in the minimum guarantee will attract 100%
retention.

Terms & Conditions

1.1 Venue Usage


 The client agrees to use the venue only for the specified purpose and during the allocated time.
 Any additional time usage is subject to prior approval and additional charges.
 Decorations must adhere to the hotel’s safety guidelines and be approved beforehand.
 The use of firecrackers, party poppers, or any other explosive or flammable items is strictly prohibited inside the
banquet halls, near pool or tent areas.
1.2 Prohibition on Digging
 Digging poles or any other objects into the garden lawn is strictly prohibited due to the presence of underground
water and electrical lines.
 Clients and vendors must use alternative methods for creating decorations, such as weighted stands, clamps, or
other non-invasive options.
 Any damage caused to the underground infrastructure will result in penalties and repair charges, which the client is
liable to pay.

1.3 Catering and Menu


 The final guest count and menu selection must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
 Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the hotel.
 The hotel is not responsible for food allergies unless the client provides specific details in advance.
 The event buffet menu will be served only in the designated dining or event area.

1.4 Room Service


 Any food or beverages requested in the guest rooms will be charged as per the à la carte menu.
 No food from the buffet will be allowed to be served or consumed in guest rooms.
 Each person will be provided with two 500 ml water bottles per guest in rooms per day.
 Complimentary Tea/Coffee and Cookies will be available at the proper designated area for the room guest in the
morning before checkout.

1.5 Check-in / Check-out Terms


 Check-in Time: Guest check-in time will be 14:00 PM.
 Check-out Time: Guest Check out time will be 11:00 AM.
 Government ID Requirement: As per government rules, all guests staying in the resort must provide a valid
Government ID to the front desk before or during check-in. Acceptable IDs include Driver License, Passport, or
Aadhar Card.

1.6 Swimming Pool Timing


 The swimming pool is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM only. Pool will be under maintenance from 7:00 PM to 7:00
AM. No guests will be allowed to use the pool after 7:00 PM.
 Intoxicated individuals are strictly prohibited from using the swimming pool for safety reasons.
 Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while using the pool.

1.7 Exclusions
 The package does not include bookings for our restaurant and café (both indoor and outdoor), which will remain
open to the general public. Any food and beverages consumed at these outlets will be charged on an à la carte basis
and must be settled at the time of check-out.

1.8 Damage and Liability


 The client is responsible for any damage to the venue, property, or equipment caused by their guests or vendors.
 The hotel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during their stay or event.

1.9 Cancellations and Amendments


 Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
 Cancellation charges:
o 60+ days before the event: 20% of total cost.
o 45-30 days before the event: 50% of total cost.
o Less than 15 days before the event: 100% of total cost.
 Changes in the event date are subject to availability and management approval.
1.10 Compliance with Policies
 The client and their guests must comply with the hotel’s policies, including those related to safety, conduct, and
noise restrictions.
 The hotel reserves the right to terminate the event if policies are violated.

1.11 Force Majeure


 The hotel shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural
disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or any events beyond the hotel’s control.

1.12 Additional Charges / Services


 Any additional services or items requested by the client or guests that are not included in the original package will be
billed separately and are payable upon check-out.

1.13 Adherence to Hotel Policies


 Guests are expected to adhere to the hotel's policies. The hotel reserves the right to refuse services if policies are not
followed. In the event of guest misbehavior towards management staff, the hotel reserves the right to evict the guest
from the property.

2. Additional Rules & Penalties for Vendors

2.1 Prohibited Substances


 Paan, gutka, and open tobacco are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Any damage or stains caused by
spitting on walls or premises will be chargeable, and the vendor will bear full restoration costs.

2.2 Garden & Lawn Area Protection


 Vendors are strictly prohibited from drilling or using nails in the lawn or garden area. Such actions can damage
underground pipelines, and any damage will result in full replacement charges for the pipeline along with applicable
labor charges.

2.3 Glass Décor Restrictions


 Vendors must not use or display glass décor items near the pool or on lawn areas. If any glass item breaks and enters
the pool, the vendor will be liable for cleaning, maintenance, and safety recovery charges. If glass breaks in the lawn
area, it must be immediately cleaned by the vendor. Failure to do so may result in penalties.

2.4 Outside Catering Rules


 Outside catering vendors must bring and use their own equipment. Use of hotel facilities without prior approval is
not allowed. Vendors are responsible for complete clean-up after the event.

3. Minimum Guaranteed Attendance


 After this letter of agreement is signed, only an increase in the number of attendees will be permitted. The charges
for the event will apply to the guaranteed or actual number of people attending the event, whichever is higher. The
hotel reserves the right to revise the venue/rates if the number of attendees changes.

 The final attendance will need to be confirmed at least 72 hours (3 working days) prior to the event. Please note that
since the hotel makes arrangements for only 10% in excess of the minimum number guaranteed, please advise the
hotel on final numbers accordingly.

3.1 Servicing for Pax Over and Above MG

 Up to 15% over MG: No additional charge above negotiated rates.


 15-20% over MG: 10% surcharge over final rates.
 21-30% over MG: 20% surcharge over final rates.
 31-50% over MG: 50% surcharge over final rates.
 Over 50%: Hotel reserves the discretion to stop service to maintain quality.
13. Alcohol and Smoking Policy

13.1. Alcohol Service Regulations

 All alcoholic beverages must be served exclusively by the hotel’s licensed personnel. The hotel reserves the right to
deny service to any individual appearing intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
 No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises unless prior written approval has been obtained. In such cases,
corkage charges will apply as per hotel policy.
 Alcohol consumption is restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. Guests must present valid government-
issued ID upon request.
 Alcohol service is strictly prohibited beyond 11:00 PM, in accordance with local law. Any request for extended service
must be supported by requisite licenses and written approval.
 Alcohol consumption is strictly forbidden near the swimming pool and in any designated alcohol-free zones.

13.2. Smoking Policy

 As per Indian law and hotel policy, smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the property, including guest
rooms, banquet halls, lobby areas, restrooms, and other enclosed spaces.
 Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas clearly marked by the hotel.
 Any violation of this policy will result in a cleaning penalty of INR 5000 per incident. Repeated violations may result in
eviction from the premises without refund.
 Guests, vendors, and attendees are prohibited from discarding cigarettes or related materials in lawns, near drapery,
or décor areas. Any fire hazard or damage caused by such negligence will be billed to the contracting party in full.
 The contracting client shall ensure that all external vendors and guests comply with these rules. Any violation by a
third party will be considered a breach by the client.

4. Acceptance & Confirmation

This Agreement is binding upon signature by both parties. Any modifications must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
