This is to certify that, MARICEL V. GATELA is categorized as indigent as per evaluation of
their economic status. The household’s income does not exceed the statutory minimum
wage threshold set by the regulatory authorities. Hence, household’s earnings are insufficient to
cover their essential expenses.
This further certifies that the client and his/her family are currently experiencing financial
difficulty due to:
