Re: NOTICE TO VACATE

Dear Mr. Viernes,

I, Cedric T. Caabay, am the owner of the property located at Purok


Kalipay, Barangay San Manuel, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. This
letter serves as a formal notice for you to vacate the premises due to
the following reasons:

- Non-payment of rent for six (6) months;


- Non-payment of utilities, water and electricity bills for two (2)
years;
- Causing the disconnection of water and electricity bills on two
boarding houses;
- Tapping into electricity lines without proper authorization or
consent which is deemed illegal;
- Usage of other boarding house/s within the premises as his storage
area without the owner/s permission; and
- Failed to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of Philippine law, you are


hereby given 15 days from receipt of this notice to vacate and
peacefully surrender possession of the property.

Please take note that should you fail to vacate the premises on or
before June 12,2025, I may be compelled to pursue legal remedies,
which could include filing an ejectment (unlawful detainer) case in the
appropriate court to secure possession of the property.

I hope to resolve this matter amicably. If you have any questions or


wish to discuss the details of this notice, please feel free to contact me.
