Door Preparation:
 Prepare the door size as per
prescribed dimensions
 Screw the door kit comprising of
runner set & guide set at a
distance of 40 mm from the edge
as shown in figure

Cabinet Preparation:
 Prepare the cabinet as per required size
 Screw the twin track on top & bottom of
the cabinet section

Installing Dampener:
 Insert the dampener on either of top track &
screw it upwards into the cabinet
 Fix the dampener flat hook on the door at a
distance of 135 mm from the door edge from
inwards as shown in figure
 Whenever the door strikes the end this flat
hook automatically first hits the dampener
slot & facilitates smooth action

Door mounting process:

 Gently place the door by first inserting the
guide component into the guide track screwed
on top of cabinet.
 Then place the runner component into the
runner track screwed at bottom of cabinet by
adjusting the screw.

door height can be adjusted up to ± 4 mm
