CERTIFICATION

The Provincial DRRM Office will conduct Water Search and Rescue & Rescue Boat Operation
and Maintenance (WASAR-RBOM) Training Course on July 24-28, 2023. This training cannot
be performed by any other assigned permanent employee of the municipality; hence, our
Job Order Emergency Response Team will undergo said training.

In this regard, I hereby CERTIFY that the Job Order personnel employed in the DRRM Office,
this municipality, are qualified to undergo the training. Further, I hereby AUTORIZED the
following Emergency Response Personnel listed below to attend the WASAR-RBOM Training.
We believe that this training will surely strengthen our Municipal DRRM Council and our
communities thru our emergency response team to manage disaster as first responders and
manage the adverse effects of emergencies and carry out recovery activities in our locality.
