Do you have any unhealthy habits?
Yes, I think I do. Sometimes, I stay up too late watching movies or using my
phone, which makes me feel tired the next day. Also, I eat fast food once or twice
a week, which is not very healthy.
Do you think you have a healthy lifestyle?
I try to have a healthy lifestyle, but I think there is still room for improvement. I
eat fruits and vegetables regularly, and I try to exercise, but I don’t always follow
a strict routine.
What do you do to stay fit?
I usually go for a walk or jog in the evening. Sometimes, I do some simple
exercises at home, like stretching or push-ups. I think staying active is important,
but I could do more to improve my fitness.
Do you get ill often?
Not really. I catch a cold sometimes, especially when the weather changes, but I
don’t get seriously ill very often. I try to drink a lot of water and eat healthy food
to stay strong.
Is it easy to stay fit where you live?
It depends. There are parks and gyms in my city, so people have places to
exercise. However, many people have busy schedules, and sometimes the air
pollution makes it hard to go outside for a run.
Do you choose what you eat carefully?
Sometimes, but not always. I try to eat balanced meals, but I also like snacks and
fast food. If I have a busy day, I don’t pay much attention to what I eat.
What part of your life could you make healthier?
I think my sleeping habits could be better. I often stay up late, which affects my
energy during the day. Also, I should exercise more regularly instead of only
when I feel like it.
Which is more important, eating healthily or doing exercise?
I think both are important, but eating healthy food is probably more essential. If
you eat well, your body gets the nutrients it needs. However, exercise is also
important for keeping fit and strong.
Do you think your country has good healthcare?
It depends. In big cities, hospitals and clinics are modern and well-equipped, but
in rural areas, healthcare services are not as good. I think the government should
invest more in hospitals and medical facilities.
