ORDER GRANTING APPLICATION FOR ALLOWANCE OF FIRST AND FINAL


COMPENSATION

UPON consideration of the First and Final Application (the “Fee Application”) [docket

no. 89] of the Law Office of Moshe K Silver (“MKS Law”) as attorneys for the Debtor For

Allowance of Compensation for Services Rendered To And On Behalf of the Debtor for an

Allowance of First and Final Compensation in the sum of $22,800 for Professional Services

Rendered from the petition date of January 12, 2022 through June 30, 2023 (the “Application

Period”); and the Notice of Hearing on the Fee Application having being served on the Office of

the US Trustee on all persons and entities who hold or held scheduled or filed claims in this case,

or filed a notice of appearance herein and the Affidavit of Service which was filed with this Court

[docket no. 91]; and the Office of the US Trustee and NPL Fund LLC, having consented to the

Fee Application in the amount of $21,300.00; and a hearing having been held on August 24, 2023

(the “Hearing”), before the Honorable Elizabeth S. Stong, United States Bankruptcy Judge, and

the Office of the United States Trustee, and counsel for the Debtor and NPL Fund LLC having

appeared at the Hearing, and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefor;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. That the Motion be, and is hereby, GRANTED, to the extent set forth herein.
2. MKS Law shall be and hereby is allowed and awarded first and final compensation in

the sum of $21,300,00 for its services rendered and recorded in connection with this

Bankruptcy Case during the Application Period.

3. This Court shall retain jurisdiction over all matters arising from or related to the

interpretation and implementation of this Order.
