Screening Test Admit Card
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
1. The candidate must reach the Centre at the time as indicated against Reporting/Entry time at Centre, in the Admit Card.
2. No candidate shall be permitted to enter after the Gate Closing Time.
3. No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Test Room/Hall before the end of the Test.
4. On completion of the Test, please wait for instructions from Invigilator and do not get up from your seat until advised. The candidates will
be permitted to move out, one at a time only.
5. The Admit Card is provisional, subject to satisfying the eligibility conditions as mentioned at https://www.nfsu.ac.in/.
6. Candidates are advised to verify the location of the Test Centre, a day in advance so that they do not face any problem on the day of the
test.
7. If religion/customs require you to wear specific attire, please visit the Centre early for thorough checking and mandatory frisking.
8. No Candidate would be allowed to enter the Test Centre, without Admit Card and Undertaking, Valid ID Proof and proper mandatory
frisking.
9. Candidates will be permitted to carry only the following items with them into the Test venue:
a. Personal transparent water bottle
b. A simple transparent Ball Point Pen
c. Admit Card along with Self Declaration (Undertaking) downloaded from the official Website(s) of NFSU (a clear printout on A4 size
paper) duly filled in.
d. Additional 02 passport size photograph for pasting on the Admit Card.
e. Original valid ID proof
10. Before reaching the Centre, candidates must enter required details in the Self Declaration (Undertaking) in legible handwriting, paste the
Photograph and put thumb impression at the appropriate place on the Admit Card. They should ensure that their Left-Hand Thumb
Impression is clear and not smudged.
11. Candidate must carry any one of the authorized Govt. photo IDs (must be original, valid and Non- expired), PAN card/ Driving Licence/
Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhar Card (With photograph)/ Aadhar Enrolment Number Card. All other ID/Photocopies of IDs Even if
attested/scanned photo of IDs in the mobile phone will NOT be considered as a valid ID Proof.
12. PwBD Candidates who are eligible for a scribe and had indicated their requirement for a scribe in their Application Form will be provided
scribe by NFSU. Candidate are also permitted to bring their own scribe, if they so desire. Subject to compliance with the requirement.
13. PwBD candidate (with disability of 40% and more) may be allowed Compensatory/Extra time of 20 minutes per hour of the Test, whether
such candidate uses the facility of Scribe or not.
14. PwBD candidates are advised to bring a PwBD certificate issued by the Competent Authority if claiming relaxation under the PwBD
category. The Scribe must also carry his/her own Self Declaration (Undertaking) regarding educational qualification, passport size
photograph, valid government ID.
15. Candidates are NOT allowed to carry any other personal belongings including electronic devices, mobile phone, Bluetooth, watches to the
Test Centre. Invigilator will not be responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings and there will be no facility for storage of such
personal belongings.
16. Shoes/footwear with thick soles and dresses with large buttons are NOT permitted.
17. Blank sheets of paper for rough work will be provided at the Test Hall/Room. Candidates must write their name and Roll Number at the
top of the sheet(s) and handover to the invigilator without fail, before leaving the Test Hall/Room. Failure to do so may result in a non-
evaluation of your answers.
18. Indulging in any type of malpractice / unfair means/misbehavior/indiscipline in the Test hall or impersonation will disqualify the
candidate.
19. The candidate should ensure that the Question Paper is as per his/her opted subject, as mentioned in the Admit Card. In case, the subject
of the Question Paper is other than his/her opted subject, the same may be brought to the notice of the Invigilator concerned.
20. Candidates must sign the attendance sheet without fail.
21. If at any stage, it is found that the candidate has submitted multiple applications in same programme, his/her candidature will be
cancelled and legal action will be taken including debarring in all future tests conducted by NFSU.
22. The candidates are to be governed by the Rules and Regulations/Instruction of the Examining Body and NFSU with regard to their conduct
in the Test Hall. All cases of unfair means will be dealt with as per rules.
23. Applications of candidates submitting false and fabricated information will be rejected and such candidates will be further debarred from
appearing in tests conducted by NFSU.
24. NFSU reserves the right to withdraw permission, granted inadvertently, if any, to any candidate who is not eligible to appear in the Test
even though the Admit Card had been issued.
25. No candidate is allowed to leave his/her seat without permission of the Invigilator and also not allowed to leave test lab during the Test.
26. No request for postponement of online test, change of venue, etc. will be entertained.
27. The issuance of Admit Card does not imply acceptance of eligibility, which will be further verified at subsequent stages of the admission
process.
28. Merely appearing in NFAT-2025 does not confer any right to the candidate for admission to the NFSU.
29. MARKING SCHEME OF SCREENING TEST:
Each question carries 01 (One) mark.
For each correct response, a candidate will get 01 (One) mark.
For each incorrect response, a 0.25 (one-fourth) mark will be deducted from the total score.
Unanswered/un-attempted responses will be given no marks.
To answer a question, the candidate needs to choose one option as the correct option.
30. Carry two passport size photographs with you in case your photo does not appear on the admit card.
