1
PayPal accessibility
PayPal is a well known and trusted international e-wallet,
available in most countries.
We can now send your USD withdrawals to your personal
PayPal accounts.
Please make sure you will be able to receive the payment “for
goods and services” before you choose paypal as your primary
payment method.

2
PayPal accessibility
We can send you payments “for goods and services” ONLY.
Payments under “friends and family” category cannot be sent.
Unfortunately, not all countries can accept payments “for goods
and services” through PayPal.
For example, PayPal may work in some countries like Ukraine, Egypt
etc, but residents of these countries will not be able to receive a
payment for goods and services to their PayPal account (until this
restriction is lifted by PayPal).
Important!
If you decide to use PayPal as a withdrawal option, it is your
responsibility to make sure you can accept payments “for
goods and services” through PayPal and familiarize yourself
with the rules and conditions applied.

PayPal processing issues
If you decide to work with PayPal, you have to be aware of
possible issues. Your payments can be “Unclaimed” or
“Denied”.

If the payment is "Unclaimed", it usually means PayPal account is

not fully verified. You still have some time to verify your account
before the payment is “Denied”.
You should receive an email with a link to claim your money. If you
have troubles verifying your account or claiming your payment,
contact PayPal support for clarifications.
Sometimes such issue occurs when PayPal email you have provided
us with contains spelling errors. In such cases, the payment will have
to be canceled and withdrawn again during the subsequent payout
period.

13
If the payment is “Denied”, it means that we have processed the
withdrawal, but due to some issues it was declined by PayPal.
The most common error codes are:
● 3015 - Receiver's account is locked or inactive.
● 3148 - Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a
PayPal zero country.
● 8330 - Receiving limit exceeded.
● 9302 - Transaction was declined.
In case any of the errors occur, the status of the withdrawal will
change to “Canceled” and the money will be transferred back to
your available balance with Livingston Research.
You are advised to fix the issue with your PayPal account
before attempting another withdrawal to the same PayPal account
or use alternative payment option.

PayPal processing fees
PayPal fees differ depending on your country, account and payment type.
Check PayPal website to see what fees will be applied to you here:
https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees
Your PayPal must be verified for the payment to be successful.
The rules of adding bank card/account to your PayPal also depend on your
country. Please check with PayPal how to withdraw money from their
balance in your country before setting up PayPal account.
We will send you payments in USD, so it is advisable to set your balance
currency to USD to avoid additional conversion fees.
If you withdraw the money to the card set for local currency, be ready to
face additional charges for currency conversion.
We highly recommend you to check with your bank conditions for transfers
in USD.
Note that additional fees may be applied by your bank for withdrawal
from your PayPal account to your card/bank account.
