REMINDERS FOR YOUR FLIGHT

Kindly ensure that you adhere to the requirements and regulations set by the local

Manage Booking

For any personal information changes or any flight modifications, you can rebook, add
prepaid baggage/reserve seat and pay your additional charges directly via Manage Booking.

Travel Documents and Valid ID

Make sure that your passport is valid at least six (6) months from first departure and that you
have all the relevant documents, including visas, entry permits etc., for your destination . You
may be denied boarding, detained or deported by the respective authorities if you fail to meet
these requirements.
Your valid IDs should match the name in your itinerary

For Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability (PWD) or Reduced Mobility, please present
your OSCA ID or PWD ID upon check-in

Philippine Travel Tax

Philippine passport holders traveling as international tourists are required to pay the
Philippine Travel Tax of PHP 1,620 prior to departure from the Philippines.

Terminal Fee (International Passenger Service Charge)

Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) and other passengers exempted by the law from this fee
must declare their exemption during booking and present the required documents in the
airport.

Connecting Flights

The airline is strictly a point-to-point carrier and shall not be responsible to the passenger for
any connecting flights. The Airline shall NOT BE LIABLE to the passenger for his/her failure.
Passengers are advised to book their return flight a day earlier to AVOID MISCONNECTION
of flights.

Airport Counter and Boarding Gates

Check-in counters open:


For domestic flights, two (2) hours before the scheduled flight departure time and closes
forty-five (45) minutes before your flight.
For international flights, three (3) hours before the scheduled flight departure time and closes
one (1) hour before your flight.

Be at your designated boarding gate 45 minutes before your flight Passenger will not be
allowed to take the flight after check-in counters and boarding gates are closed

A passenger who does not show up will result to the forfeiture of his/her ticket for the said
flight.

Baggage Information

Hand carry bag with a maximum weight of 7kg is allowed.


Guests may bring check-in baggage per 10kg, 20kg or 30kg option purchased. Combined
baggage MUST NOT exceed 30kg. Make sure your bag does not contain fragile or valuable
items.
