Preface

This project report titled ―Training and Development‖ is submitted in partial fulfillment of
the requirements for the BBA program. The aim of this project is to understand the role and
importance of training and development in organizations.

Through this report, I have tried to present the basic concepts, methods, and benefits of training,
along with its impact on employee performance.

I hope this study provides useful insights into how training contributes to Human Resource
