I’m Subhayan Mondal, currently working as a Geomechanics Engineer at SLB’s A&I
Hub.
I began my journey with SLB in 2023 as a Petrophysicist, where I was involved in a
wide range of petrophysical workflows—from basic interpretation to advanced acoustics
analysis.
In 2024, I transitioned into geomechanics, focusing on wellbore stability, pore pressure
prediction Fracture stability, Sand management analysis, and rock mechanical property

Professor of Petroleum Engineering at Presidency University, Bangalore (February 2024 – July 2024) and at Chandigarh
