PROLOGUE
After the short intro, Lucas will wake
up in his bed. Go downstairs, then
try to leave. Your mom will send
you back to your room to change.
     If you dash (press and hold
     B, then let go) into your mom,
     she'll give you free bread!
What a loving mother!
Now that you're changed, head
outside and go east to the next
area. You'll find your brother and a
Drago family waiting for you.
       If you take the time to
       explore, you'll see that there
       are actually six Dragos here,
not just three. One even walks
around.
To bash into Drago like Claus asks,
you need to hold the B Button for a
second, then let go.
       If you bash into the Drago
       mother from the left, she'll fall
       on top of you! Also, you can
dash into the other Dragos to make
weird sounds. You can even dash
into Claus and your grandfather!
Talk to Claus again, and eventually
a sassy mole cricket will show up
and challenge you to your first
battle. Kick his butt! Once you've
beaten him, your mom will
accidentally finish him off (for now).
The prologue will finish as the twins'
mother sends a heartwarming letter
by pigeon to their father.

                 FOREST ON FIRE
The chapter will start with pig-like
soldiers setting the forest on fire.
Thomas will rush to Flint's house to
get his help. Once you can move
Flint around, have him open the
door. Answer Thomas' question (the
answer doesn't matter) and get
ready to go!
       Be sure to check the
       doghouse for the Stick
       weapon. And be sure to
equip it after you get it.
Follow the path up into town. Talk to
Mapson, the guy on the bench in
the middle of town, then continue
northward until you get to a big
crossroad area. Take the west road.
Be sure to be on the look-out for
item boxes as you walk around!
If you pray at the sanctuary-like
place, you'll be asked to enter your
(in real life) name. The importance
of this will appear later.
      Near the entrance to the
      forest, you'll find Mike. Talk to
      him and he'll give you a Nut
Cookie. You can do this to get a
maximum of three cookies for free!
Be careful to avoid the flames in the
forest, they'll take HP away. You'll
also encounter your first real
enemies here! They're not too
tough, but if you ever need to heal
yourself back up, check out the hot
spring just west of the cabin. Sit in it
a while and you'll be fully healed!
Continue north, and you'll
eventually find Lighter lying on the
ground. Talk to him. He'll say his
son Fuel is stuck inside their
burning house up ahead. Get his
piece of lumber that's lying on the
ground, equip it, then try to go
north. Firey insects will attack!
The battle with the Fireflies
shouldn't be too hard. Just
remember to watch your HP and
heal yourself as needed. Use Flint's
"Swing" technique a few times to
swat the bugs down.
Once you've defeated the bugs,
continue north and go to the cabin.
You'll need to break down the door
by dashing into it. Go inside, and
you'll fight a Flying Mouse. You
might want to try using Flint's
"Power Smash" technique - if it
connects, it'll take the mouse out in
one hit.
After the Flying Mouse is defeated,
go up the stairs to the second floor.
You'll need to dash into the debris
blocking the way. Lighter's son,
Fuel, will join you. Take him back to
his father, who is just east of the
sanctuary now. It'll start to rain, and
everyone will go to the inn.
        After you save Fuel from the
        burning house, both Flint and
        Fuel will be covered in ash.
Take a dip in the hot springs while
like this for humorous results!

             DESPERATE SEARCH
Leave the inn and talk to Isaac. He
suggests that Flint should probably
head home to see if his family has
already come back. Head south of
town, back to your house. Check
the carrier pigeon in front of your
house.
The letter is from Flint's wife. She
says that she and the kids will be
back home by sundown. But it's
already well into the night... this isn't
good. Flint decides to search for his
family, who are probably in the
forest.
After leaving the house, talk to your
dog, Boney, and he'll join you. Then
go back up to the big crossroad and
head west into the forest again.
The rain has put the forest fire out,
which gives you a new path in the
forest to explore. But watch out;
there are new enemies here too!
At one point in the forest, you can
go west on a path that was
previously blocked by fire. Follow
this path north, but be sure to
explore all around to find a few new
item boxes.
You'll come to an area with some
downed trees. Talk to Bronson,
then Jonel by the cliff, then try to
leave. Boney will notice a red scrap
of cloth high up on the cliff...
It seems like there's no way to climb
up the steep cliff, but old man Wess
knows just the guy for the job. He'll
ask Boney to go fetch his son,
Duster. Once Duster arrives, he'll
use his "Wall Staples" to build a
ladder that goes up the cliff!
Climb up the cliff and get the piece
of cloth. It seems to be the same
color as Flint's wife's clothes.
Go into the nearby cave and get the
items in the gift boxes. It wouldn't
hurt to fight the goofy little moles for
some experience and items either.
Notice how the markings in this
cave are shaped like the islands of
Japan. How odd.
Go north. You'll find a couple of
those pig-masked soldiers messing
with some strange gadget. They
notice you, and activate their
device, which sends a
Reconstructed Caribou at you!
To beat the Reconstructed Caribou
easily, use Duster's "Wall Staple"
technique on it every few rounds. If
it works, it'll paralyze the enemy and
give you a round or two of free
attacks. Just pound away at it and it
won't last long.
The pig soldiers run away, but
accidentally drop a strange
notebook on the ground. It talks
about how their goal is to create
bigger, better, and badder creatures
by using technology to combine
them with other things.
Follow the pig soldiers north. You'll
see a strange pig-like flying object
fleeing the scene. You're at a dead-
end, however, so your search for
your family needs to take another
route.
The fallen trees are gone now. But
the best news by far is that Flint's
children were found safe and sound
after washing up up on the
riverbank. Go up the formerly-
blocked path and you'll see them.
Talk to Lucas and Claus for a
heartwarming reunion.
Next, talk to Bronson. He'll say he
has good and bad news. The good
news is that he found a Drago fang,
which will make for a great weapon.
The bad news is that it was found
pierced through Flint's wife's heart.
Flint has a complete mental
breakdown and has to be knocked
unconscious.

Flint wakes up inside the town's jail.
Bronson tells him to cool off for a
while, but that once he's allowed
out, to come visit him and get the
Drago Fang from him. He then
leaves you to sit in your cell. Check
the cell door, the table, and then the
door again.
Claus will show up and tell Flint that
the funeral ended. He'll then give
you an apple that he says to eat
right away. After he leaves, try
eating the apple. You'll find a nail
file inside! Use it on the door lock to
break free. Freedom at last!
It'd probably be best to head over to
the funeral, so go back to Cross
Road and go north into the
cemetery. To the east is where
Hinawa's grave is. Talk to Alec,
Hinawa's father.
You'll soon find out that Claus ran
off to try to kill Drago to get
revenge. He obviously doesn't
stand a chance, so Flint realizes he
has to find Claus right away. Alec
says to come meet him up at his
house, which he marks on your
map.
Head back into town and go into the
house west of Thomas' Bazaar.
You'll find Bronson. Talk to him, and
you'll get the Drago Fang. Also, talk
to Wess (his house is east of the
village) and you'll get a free
Thunder Bomb!
        Behind Wess' house is a
        secret gift box with a Thunder
        Bomb in it. This box will be
refilled every time you enter the
Cross Road area, so using that, you
can stock up on as many of these
powerful items as you want! You
might want to take a couple with
you now.
       Go west of town and talk to
       Lighter. He'll give you the
       Manly Bandana, a nice piece
of defensive equipment.
       Check out Thomas' Bazaar
       before you leave town. If
       you're lucky, you might find
the Better Stick weapon, which is
the strongest weapon in this
chapter. It rarely appears in the
bazaar, though, so you'll need luck.
Be sure to get the other items, too.
Go back into the forest, and hike all
the way back to where those
downed trees used to be. Since the
trees are gone, you can continue
ahead. Keep going and take the
path on the right when you're
presented with two paths to go.
You'll be at Alec's house.
Talk to Alec, and he'll join you. He
says he might know someone who
can tell you where Claus went. Talk
to the red arrow lizards and they'll
point the direction you need to go.
Follow them until you get to a river.
At the river, talk to the frog on the
right. Other frogs will appear in the
river and act as stepping stones.
Use them to get across. Use the hot
spring to heal if necessary, then go
into the shell-like building.
        On the far side of the river,
        you'll find a cow. Talk to it to
        get some free Fresh Milk. It's
very useful to have, but it has one
downside: after a while, it goes bad
and turns into Rotten Milk. So stock
up on it only if you're going to need
it right away.

            RACE AGAINST TIME
Talk to the weird-looking
Magypsies. These are the people
Alec said might know where Claus
went. The head Magypsy, Aeolia,
says that Claus visited, was taught
how to use PSI, and then went
straight to Drago Plateau.
The Magypsies and Alec tell you
that you can get to Drago Plateau
by going through the cave behind
the Magypsy shell house thing.
Head inside, and Alec will start
giving hints and bad jokes.
Alec will tell you how to get through
the cave. The order to go in is this:
Go west, go north, fall through the
hole, go southeast, go south, go
west, climb the west-most vine,
then go north. If you explore
elsewhere, you'll find a few item
boxes.
You'll exit the cave, only to come to
another cave. You'll find some more
pig-soldiers and pig-related
machinery inside. Chase them, but
not before using the machine in the
cave to fully heal yourself. Saving is
good too.
The pig soldiers will escape in their
UFO-like craft again. Now journey
through the valley, fighting enemies
and opening gift boxes. This area is
tough, especially with the fake,
exploding trees, but there are some
good items to be had. Be sure to
get the Fresh Lumber weapon!
Continue north. Eventually you'll
find one of Claus's shoes... being
played with by a baby Drago. This
doesn't look good. Continue to
follow the path until you reach the
top. Just as you find Claus's other
shoe, you'll find yourself face-to-
face with a reconstructed Drago!
To beat Mecha-Drago, you'll need
to use the Drago Fang to weaken
its defense. Then throw everything
you have at it. If you have any
Thunder Bombs, use them all here.
Raise your defense and offense
too, if necessary. Be sure your HP
is over 40 when he does his final
attack.
Once Mecha-Drago is defeated, a
little drama will unfold, and the
chapter will end. Flint's family has
just been torn apart, and although
it's hard to tell for sure, it looks like
Claus is the latest victim of this
mysterious, evil pig army...

                    THIEF TEST
The chapter begins with Wess
telling Duster, his son and pupil,
that the time has come to put his
thief training to the test. Duster is to
sneak into Osohe Castle and
retrieve a very important item,
though he doesn't give any real
details on what exactly that item is,
besides its shininess.
When Wess is done explaining
Duster's task, go downstairs and
open the gift boxes. They all contain
items that let Duster perform his
various special moves in battle.
Once you're ready, head outside.
Of course, stock up on lots of free
Thunder Bombs using the Cross
Road trick. Thunder Bombs will be
very useful in this chapter, so be
sure to restock often!
Osohe Castle is north of the
cemetery, so start by taking the
north exit out of town. You'll run
across a mysterious man and his
monkey. Continue on and talk to
Butch. He'll mention that he sold his
pigs to that man for money, and
then he'll hide the money in the
well.
Continue north, and you'll soon see
some kind of large and strange
flying object drop droppings in the
vicinity of Osohe Castle.
Continue to go north through Cross
Road and into the cemetery. Uh oh!
Zombies! They're not too tough, but
they gang up on you, so be careful.
A Thunder Bomb will make very
quick work of these foes, so use
one if you have any.
Continue north. Unfortunately, the
castle drawbridge is up, which
means no one can get in or out.
Return to the cemetery (an
annoying ant will talk to you about
sound battles first), and you'll see
the gravedigger go into his house.
Go back to the castle drawbridge,
and... whadya know? The
gravedigger somehow got inside
the castle walls! How'd he do that?!
Return to the cemetery, and go into
the gravedigger's cabin. Go
downstairs and get the items.
There's also a secret entrance
hidden behind the bookcase here,
so push it to the side and head in!
You'll now find yourself in a dank,
dark cave filled with enemies.
They're not tough, don't worry. The
lobster enemies will run from you
(after trying to look tough), so you
can avoid them easily if you want.
Be sure to check out the two gift
boxes here too!
Exit the underground path and you'll
be inside the walls of Osohe Castle!
It looks like there's no way in, but
upon closer inspection, one part of
the eastern wall looks scalable.
Check the wall and Duster will Wall
Staple his way up. Just before you
enter the castle, another ant will tell
you that you can put enemies to
sleep to make sound battles easier.
After he finishes, enter the castle.

           CASTLE INFILTRATION
Once you're inside the castle,
there'll be a door to your left that
leads to a gift box and a dead end.
It may look like you're stuck, but go
back to the first room and dash into
the big statue. The big metal ball
will fall off and create a giant hole
that you can jump down into.
    If you dash into the statue
    from the right side, the ball
    will fall on you and
KERSPLAT! GAME OVER!
Go down the hole, and you'll be in a
tiny room. Check the wall to build a
Wall Staple ladder back up if you
want. If you check the gift box, a
ghost will pop out and burp on you,
making you sick. You're unable to
eat food when you're sick, so use
the Fresh Mint in the next room to
cure it ASAP.
Keep going, and you'll find yourself
in a big, empty room with a door to
the north, south, east, and west.
Check the south one to unlock the
main castle door.
Now go into the west room. You'll
find a save frog, a gift box with a
Fresh Mint in it, and stairs going
down. Go down them and you'll find
a hot spring. Think of this area as a
sort of safe haven; if you get into
trouble, this is where you want to
go.
Save, return to the main foyer, and
go north this time. You'll be in a
room with 3 doors facing you and
one door to your left. There will also
be some ghosts. They can be tough
at first, so be careful or just avoid
them altogether.
The top left room will have two
Arachnid! enemies and a lone gift
box. Open the box to get the Battle
Memory, which is a very cool and
useful item. Use it (it's in your key
items menu) to practice fighting any
enemy you've met before. The
enemy won't fight back, and will
have infinite HP. Select "Quit" when
you're done practicing.
In the top middle room is the Ghost
Bazaar. Get a Rotten Eclair from a
Smelly Ghost, then come here and
trade it for the red Rope Snake.
You'll need it to progress through
the castle. You can also trade one
eclair for a Fresh Mint, or two for
some Beef Jerky.
You can avoid the top right room for
now if you want. All you'll find in
there for now are a few enemies, a
few gift boxes, and stairs that lead
to an eventual dead-end.
Now go through the door on the left
side of the ghost room. It's easy to
overlook, so be careful. Anyway,
continue on and you'll come to a
door at the start of a hallway. Go in
and get the Chick Bandana. And
watch out for that Artsy Ghost!
       All the fireplaces in the castle
       connect to the fireplace by
       the first-floor hot spring, so
check any fireplace to instantly
return there. Just realize that the
fireplaces only go one way.
Go back outside the Artsy Ghost
room and into the hallway. Some of
the suits of armor here are
possessed! Watch out! Luckily their
music is easy to music combo to,
but if things get rough, it's okay to
run.
You'll soon reach a room with
ghosts having a jolly good time. The
door on the far right will lead to a
room with gift boxes you can't reach
yet. You'll be able to reach them
soon, though.
The bottom right door leads to the
kitchen. Here, you'll find a map of
the castle, some Violent Roaches,
some nice ghosts, and a strange
enemy: the Strawberry Slime.
Defeat it for some good experience,
but be warned that it's quite a bit
stronger than it looks.
Back in the party room, check the
wall to build a Wall Staple ladder to
the next floor.
       A ghost on the right-hand
       side of the party room will
       give you a free Rotten Eclair,
but you have to answer right. Say
"No" if you already have a Rotten
Eclair, but say "Yes" if you have
none. You'll get a free one if you do
this! Then go upstairs and talk to
the ghost near the ladder. Give him
an eclair, and you'll get a Beef Jerky
in exchange. Repeat for lots of free
jerky!
Go west a tiny bit and you'll see that
you need to use the Rope Snake to
cross the gap in the floor. Press the
A Button while near the candlestick
on the wall and you'll swing across.
There's a Carpet Monster hiding
underneath the rug right where you
make your landing. Don't worry,
your fancy kicking moves should
take him down easily.
There's a ghost in front of a door
here, but save your game in the
room to the left first. Return to the
ghost and talk to him. He'll tell you
there's a powerful enemy in the
room behind him. Some Durable
Shoes are waiting in there as well.
Grab the shoes, and if you want, go
ahead and fight the monster(s). The
fight is optional.
       If you like, you can fight the
       terrible monster the ghost
       warned you about. There are
two ways to fight the Phantom
Knight. Choose to fight the
Phantom Sword and Shield
separately. Afterwards, approach
the Phantom Armor and fight him
without his weapons. Or, you can
approach the armor first and fight
the Phantom Knight in his full gear.
Doing so he will have the sword and
shield in hand and be slightly
harder.
Go up to the fourth and final floor.
You'll come across a shining
pendant on the ground. Take it and
keep moving forward. The next
hallway has some Rockin' Ghosts
which you can chose to ignore, if
you can sneak past them.
The next hallway is full of doors
guarded by Barrelmen. All of the
doors are Psuedoors except the
one at the very end. Before you
enter this door, prepare yourself.
Make sure that Duster's HP is full
and that you have plenty of Beef
Jerky. And, just to be safe, you can
go back downstairs and save.
Inside the room, you'll find a ghostly
conductor named Mr. Passion.
Interrupt him, and answer no to his
question. This will anger him so
much he'll attack you.
This will be a difficult fight. Start by
using the Smoke Bomb technique
to make him cry. This will make him
miss often. Lower his stats and use
any bombs you might have. Attack
normally otherwise. Use Beef Jerky
when you need it. Keep this up and
he'll eventually be defeated.
After Mr. Passion has been
defeated, take a quick rest on the
couch to recover Duster's HP. Now
enter the next room and get what
you came here for: the Noble
Spittoon.
Use the fireplace in the previous
room to go straight to the first floor.
Leave the castle and talk to the
gravedigger. He'll give you the
Drawbridge Key, which makes
entering and leaving the castle
easier. Return to Wess's House.
Wess should be happy to see the
Noble Spittoon. Right?

Duster finally returns home and
shows Wess the Noble Spittoon.
But Wess freaks out and smashes
it. It seems it wasn't what he was
looking for. You'll have to go back to
Osohe Castle and try again. But this
time Wess joins you.
Before heading back to Osohe
Castle, check behind Duster's
House for more Thunder Bombs.
Remember, you can always come
back here for more after going to
Cross Road. And they will always
be useful in battle.
      Go to Thomas' Bazaar in
      town and get the items he
      offers you. Get the Flea
Charm for some added defense.
The other items will be useful to
have, too.
Once you reach Cross Road, you'll
see a group of tanks and Pigmasks
marching into the castle. Looks the
your return trip won't be so easy
after all. Continue on to the castle.
The castle entrance is in shambles
thanks to the tanks you saw earlier.
Upon entering the castle, you'll
encounter some Pigmasks and a
Clayman. They don't seem fond of
having you here, so they send the
Clayman after you! Use your
Smoke Bomb technique and any
Thunder Bombs you have. He isn't
too hard.
After you win, the Pigmasks will
retreat. Other Pigmasks are
scattered throughout the castle,
though. Before moving on, head to
the hot spring in the basement and
save. Now head back to the room
on the 4th floor where you found the
Noble Spittoon earlier.
It seems Duster missed one
important thing during his last
journey here. Walk up to the stone
face. Wess will make Duster look
away and, well, dance. After the
crazy dance, the stone face will
open up, revealing more of the
castle for you to explore.
Continue ahead, and you'll
eventually come across a girl in
need. After some harsh, masculine
dialogue, she takes the pendant
you found earlier, reveals that her
name is Kumatora, and joins your
party. Kumatora's PSI abilities make
her an especially useful member of
the team.
Continue on and soon you will
come across some Lingering
Spirits. They can be a pain, but with
Kumatora's PK Freeze α they won't
stand in your way for long. Jump
over any pits with the Rope Snake,
grab a second Flea Charm from a
gift box, and be sure to save with a
nearby frog.
As you continue up the stairs and
through the halls, you'll come
across Barrelmen, Lingering Spirits,
and Osohe Capes. They should
pose little trouble for the three
heroes now. You'll also come
across a gift box with Magic Gelatin.
This can restore some of
Kumatora's PP when needed.
After jumping over the final pit, you'll
come to a large room with brooms
sweeping the floor. Avoid them! If
they hit you, you'll be swept away
and find yourself back in the trash
can several floors below. If you find
yourself nimble enough, grab the
Beef Jerky and Sprinting Bomb
from the two gift boxes.
        By now you might have
        noticed Kumatora is
        sweating. This means she's
about to learn a new PSI ability.
Soon she will learn Lifeup α and PK
Thunder α, both of which will be
very helpful soon. Other characters
with PSI powers will learn new
abilities this way, too. So sweating
is good.
After you pass the annoying
brooms, you'll come to the final
stairwell and a frog. Save and
continue on. Down the hall, you'll
encounter the same enemies as
before and a gift box with a Magic
Tart in it. Now heal up before
entering the next, and final, room.
This is the treasure Wess was
looking for! But it seems the
Pigmasks are after it, too! Kumatora
tries grabs the Egg of Light, causing
a trap to open! The heroes plummet
several stories into a pool of water
in the basement. And they're not
alone.
The Oh-So-Snake attacks the
group. Literally. This snake can
attack everyone at once, so you'll
need to keep everyone's HP up. As
with most bosses, use the Smoke
Bomb to make its attacks miss
often. Use all your bombs. Use PK
Thunder α as much as you can.
After every wave attack, heal
everyone quickly.
After the fight is won, a drain will
open and everyone will get sucked
out. Kumatora and Wess will wash
up on a riverbank in Tazmily. But
Duster is nowhere to be seen...
Soon after, Lighter and Fuel find the
two and carry them to Wess' house.
Head to town to look for Duster.
Once in town, you'll be greeted by a
large group of townsfolk. Butch
accuses Duster of stealing his bag
of money from the well. Kumatora
and Wess try to defend Duster. Flint
makes an appearance and calms
the group down. The chapter ends
just as new mysteries begin.

              DESERT JOURNEY
The chapter begins with a Mother
Porkship touching down on a
desert. Out steps Salsa the simian
hero. Salsa and his girlfriend are
being held captive by the evil
Fassad. After he reminds Salsa
who the boss is through electric
shocks and forced dancing, the two
begin their desert trek.
Salsa is a very weak monkey.
Luckily, Fassad is there to deal
most of the damage. Salsa's
various monkey tricks can be very
handy, though. Especially his "Make
Laugh" technique, which can stop
enemies for several rounds.
This area of the desert is full of
Dung Beetles and Sand Lizards.
There's also a Nut Bread and a
Running Bomb here. Stay here for a
bit and level Salsa up. When ready,
head south.
      There is a Dung Beetle sitting
      by an oasis. This one isn't
      interested in a fight. He'll give
you experience points in exchange
for Dung. The amount received is
random; most of the time you'll
receive 5 EXP, but sometimes you'll
get 10 and even 50 EXP. It's all
dependent on luck.
You'll soon come across a present
box with a Luxury Banana in it.
Fassad quickly grabs it for himself,
though. You'll also come across
three more present boxes
containing Beef Jerky, Bug Spray,
and another Running Bomb. These
you can keep.
If you go all the way west and then
north, you will come across a
treasure-trove of Dung. You can
take as much as you like and keep
returning here for more. Swell.
If you head north and take the path
between the cacti, you'll find a frog
in need. Rescue him from the Great
Antlion (one spray of Bug Spray will
do the trick!) and you'll be able to
save your game. Also be sure to
equip Salsa with the Flea Charm
the antlion drops.
Lastly, if you take the north path
past the bones, you'll find a white,
domed building. There's a wolf
sitting in front of it, but don't
approach him just yet. Open the gift
box nearby and get the Aquarius
Bracelet inside. Equip it and get
Salsa to full HP. Then approach the
wolf.
The Cactus Wolf isn't happy to see
you. Just keep Salsa's HP up with
any Nut Bread or Beef Jerky you
have. Salsa's attack won't do much
damage, so either defend, use
Running Bombs, or use Monkey
Mimic. Fassad will end this fight
soon enough.
After you've won the fight, enter the
building and say goodbye to the
desert.

               THE SECRET PATH
Who knew such a tunnel existed
under the desert? Fassad, for one.
Head south and open the gift boxes
you see along the way.
      In a giftbox here is a Bug
      Spray. Use it on the nearby
      Violent Roach for an easy
win and a little bit of experience.
In the next room is a Pork Bean,
your fast ride out of here. Before
getting in, make sure you get the
get the Beef Jerky and Ancient
Banana from the gift boxes. You
can recover your HP with the
machine to the left. Save, go down
the ladder, and hop into the Pork
Bean! Head left.
The Pork Bean is one sweet mode
of transportation. While you travel
down these tubes you can see
HUGE Pillbugs. You can run them
over while in the Pork Bean, or
jump out by pressing the B Button
to fight them. Your choice.
Soon, you'll come to a small
intersection. Hop out here and grab
the gift boxes near the cables.
Inside, you'll find a Nut Bread and a
Chick Bandana for Salsa. There's a
ladder in the northwest corner
leading to a frog. Save, then take
the Pork Bean to the next room.
       After opening those last two
       present boxes, you may
       have noticed that you can
keep heading south. In the next
room you will see a lot of present
boxes that you are out of your
reach. Don't worry, you'll be able to
reach them before long.
Park the Pork Bean and open the
two gift boxes for a Bug Spray and
a Running Bomb. Some Gooey
Goos are blocking the ladder that
leads to the exit. Take 'em down
with a Running Bomb. Afterward,
equip the dropped Mosquito Charm
and climb the ladder to the
cemetery.
Finally outside again! But it isn't
safe here, since the cemetery is full
of the same enemies you fought
before as Duster. It's best to avoid
them as you head south towards
town.

        HAPPY PERFORMANCE
Walk into town. You'll come across
Butch standing next to a bag full of
money. After a short conversation,
Fassad bumps into Duster. Butch
later hides the bag of money in the
well, and tells Duster to keep it a
secret. But Fassad was listening the
whole time. Now head to the Yado
Inn.
Talk to the woman behind the
counter for a room. Fassad thanks
her with a bag of money and Salsa
thanks her with a dance. Sort of.
Now go to the middle room to get
some needed sleep.
In the middle of the night, Fassad
will leave Salsa alone in the room.
Save with the frog and leave the
inn. Outside, you'll overhear Fassad
talking on his trasceiver about the
Pigmask invasion of Osohe Castle.
You can now go north and get
punished, or hurry back to the
room.
In the morning, you're woken by yet
another zap of electricity. Salsa
performs his tricks out in the town
square, but this time in front of an
audience. You'll then have to talk to
several people and get their names.
After this, it's back to the inn once
more.
Inside your room, Fassad will make
a call. Seems someone is having
trouble finding "it". Fassad tells
Salsa to make deliveries to
everyone who raised their hand
during his speech. Answer "Yes" to
agree with him. Save and then
leave the inn, as it's time to make
those deliveries.
        At this point, you can walk
        around and explore many
        places. You can also get free
food from several Tazmily citizens
by performing some of your monkey
tricks for them.
        The strange, sealed cave on
        the eastern end of Cross
        Road is now open. Inside,
you'll find many gift boxes with
simple food items. Stock up if you
feel the need to. This is your only
chance to gets these items; the
boxes will be emptied before too
long.
After you've explored the town with
your new-found freedom, go to the
cemetery. Here are the Happy
Boxes you need to deliver to Abbot,
Abbey, Biff, and Isaac. Talk to
Mapson nearby and he'll mark their
locations on your map.
You can deliver the boxes in any
order you want, but this is the
recommended order. First up is
Isaac, who lives in the forest, near
the hot spring. After receiving the
free Happy Box, Isaac is spellbound
by Fassad's generosity.
The next delivery is to Biff, in the
farm area southeast of town.
Next is a delivery to Abbot and
Abbey, who live in the central area
of Tazmily. They both ordered a
box, but they only need one, so
they cancel the other order. You've
finished delivering all the Happy
Boxes!
Return to Fassad's room in the
Yado Inn. No matter how fast your
deliveries were, he'll always say you
weren't fast enough and punish you.
Once he's had his laughs, he'll tell
you to head to Osohe Castle.

                    OSOHE, AGAIN
         The doorknob from Flint's
         door makes another cameo!
         This time it's somehow found
itself into Nippolyte's vegetable
patch in front of Osohe Castle.
Fassad doesn't seem too fond of
doorknobs, however.
By now you should know how to get
to Osohe Castle. Talk to the
Pigmasks inside about their failure
to find "it" and their encounters with
Duster and Wess. Now head all the
way to the ghosts' party room. Go
upstairs and examine the gap in the
floor. Go back downstairs and try to
leave the party room. Fassad will
receive word that Duster and
company have escaped into the
basement with "it".
       You can actually skip most of
       the above. After you enter the
       castle and talk to the
Pigmasks, Fassad will get the call
about Duster and company
escaping if you try to leave the
castle.
Go back to the room on the first
floor with three doors. Take the right
door and go into the basement.
Cross the tiny bridge and go down
the hall. Don't mind the weak
enemies here.
When you get to the dead-end,
Fassad tells Salsa to open the door
somehow. Check the three patterns
on the wall, then check the stone
face door. Salsa will do the same
dance that Wess did earlier, which
will open the way. After your
"reward", be sure to save with the
spooky ghost frog and then climb
down the ladder.
You're now in the lowest depths of
the castle. Be sure to grab the
Pisces Bracelet from the nearby gift
box. Continue on and and you'll find
another box with some Beef Jerky
inside.
       There's a door right by the
       ladder. It doesn't seem to
       budge, though. Remember
this door for later. Much later. Just
how big is this castle anyway?
Head right to get an Ancient
Banana from a gift box, and then
back left to get another Beef Jerky.
Continue left and you'll come to a
lever. Pulling it will cause Duster,
Kumatora, and Wess to plunge
down a stream of water right in front
of you. Some Pigmasks enter to let
you know that they've just escaped
with "it". There's nothing more to do
here, so leave the castle.
Once outside, Fassad will make the
Pigmasks move their tanks. Head
back to town. When you reach the
plaza, there'll be a group of people
crowded around Kumatora and
Wess. Butch accuses Duster of
stealing the bag of money from
before. Fassad acts innocently
while Salsa and Kumatora
exchange looks. You return to your
room at the inn where you spend
yet another night.
Salsa is woken by Kumatora and
Wess whispering at the window.
Don't try and leave via the door, as
you'll just get shocked. Go to the
window and escape. The three run
to the plaza. Wess leaves and
returns with the remote that has
caused Salsa so much pain. After
Salsa destroys the remote, an
interruption arrives.
Fassad has discovered that Salsa
has escaped. Run into the forest,
and prepare for a tough battle
coming up. Run north through the
woods fighting off any enemies that
get in your way. Soon you'll be
blocked by a tank. Continue north,
only to be stopped by a second
tank. Head back south and another
tank appears. Looks like you'll have
to fight!
This tank means business. Have
Kumatora constantly use PK
Thunder α and have Salsa use
bombs and Ancient Bananas.
Monkey Mimic can also be helpful.
Always have Salsa use healing
items when needed and only use
Kumatora's Lifeup α when it's
absolutely necessary. This battle
has two phases, so when the tank
starts to break down you know
you've almost won.
Once the tank is destroyed, the
Pigmasks are too scared to fight.
Fassad enters, and it looks like our
heros are doomed. Suddenly,
Lucas and a Drago child show up.
The Drago child calls for its parent,
who gets rid of Fassad and the
Pigmasks. The heroes meet, and
everything is explained to Lucas.
Kumatora and Salsa leave. The
chapter comes to an end.

      THE ADVENTURE BEGINS
Three years have passed since the
last chapter ended. Tazmily Village
has changed a lot in that time.
Lucas has as well, as he is a bit
older and taller now. When he
wakes up, head downstairs and
you'll have a flashback. Check the
mirror for another flashback. Now
leave the house.
Once outside, walk towards the
animals. Boney will come running
up and join you. This faithful canine
will be a great ally on your journey.
Head into town.
        You'll soon come across a
        Save Frog. Talk to him and
        he'll explain the game's
currency, which is called "DP". You
might have noticed that DP is now
listed in your menu. You can now
buy and sell items and enemies will
drop DP. You can also deposit and
withdraw DP from Save Frogs as if
they were little green ATMs.
Tazmily Village has changed a lot in
such a short time. All the buildings
have changed and there are now
roads. The town's layout is pretty
much the same as before. Now's a
good time to just explore and talk to
everyone. You don't have much
money just yet, but be sure to come
back to Thomas's Shop later.
       You can find some gift boxes
       throughout town. Trivia Card
       1 can be found in the hotel.
Dolphin Ossicles can be found at
the beach and always respawn. In
the train station area you can find a
Bread Roll, a Sprinting Bomb, and
some Beef Jerky.
It looks like a new train station was
built over the old dirt crossroads.
Go to the platform and talk to
Bronson after he gets off the train. It
seems Duster is still missing and
that someone at Club Titiboo looks
just like him... You can't a ride on
the train just now, so head north
again to the cemetery.
      You'll find the Item Guy
      southwest of the station.
      Whenever you want to store
an item away, talk to him and he'll
take care of it for you free of
charge.
Once in the cemetery, head to
Hinawa's grave. Speak to Flint, and
you'll have another flashback. Once
it's over, head back to town.
Back in town, Fassad and Wess will
have an argument about all the
recent lightning, and Wess will be
taken back to his house - which is
now a retirement home - by force.
Go tell Wess about the man who
looks like Duster. He'll ask you to go
to Club Titiboo to see if it really is
Duster. While you're here, talk to
Mike to earn 50 DP.
      As always, you can check
      behind the retirement home
      for a Thunder Bomb. Grab
some for the long journey ahead.
Give them to Boney as he'll be your
weakest member for a while.
       If you want to buy some
       things from Thomas's Shop
       you will need more DP. Head
to the Sunshine Forest and fight
some Slitherhens. When you feel
you've whacked enough chicken, go
and find a Save Frog and withdraw
your DP. Purchase a Kid's Shirt and
Pisces Bracelet for Lucas, and a
Kid's Hat for both Lucas and Boney.
       Actually, you can buy a
       Pisces Bracelet from
       Thomas, or you can get a
free one if you journey into the
Sunshine Forest. Behind a Grated
Yammonster is a hidden gift box
with a bracelet. Grated
Yammonsters don't move, so you
don't even need to fight it. Free
equipment, hurray!
Now head inside the train tunnel. A
man will stop you just as you're
about to enter. After a lecture on
watching out for trains, he'll give
you the Railway Map. Head into the
tunnel.

             BEWARE OF TRAINS
This is a long tunnel and it is more
like a test of endurance. There are
many enemies in this tunnel and
they all want to tango. Just bring
along plenty of healing items from
the bakery in town to keep your HP
up and you should be fine. You will
come across a gift box with a Bread
Roll inside. Keep moving forward.
At the start of the tunnel you can
see more gift boxes that you cant
reach. Dont worry: you can get
them much later.
If you walk on the train track,
eventually a train will come
speeding by. Mr. T warned you
about those! Fear not, for Lucas
and Boney will always jump out of
the way just in time.
You will eventually come to a
mountain region beside the train
track. Boney will notice some
clothes lying on the ground next to
a ladder. Go up the ladder to meet
Ionia the Magypsy. Speak to, uh,
him and he will teach Lucas how to
use PSI. You will learn several PSI
powers such as Lifeup a, Healing a,
and PK LOVE a (this will be named
after your favorite thing). You can
also recover in this hot spring if you
like. Head back down the ladder
and save with the Magic Butterfrog.
Continue east.
        You can find Magic
        Butterflies throughout the
        world. If you catch one, they
will recover some of your PP. They
can be a real life saver sometimes,
so if you see one don't pass it up!
Keep following the train tracks. After
you cross a bridge you will find a
gift box near a sign. Inside is a
Sprinting Bomb. Keep following
those tracks east; you're almost at
the end.
Finally you will find yourself at the
train station! Nearby are some
present boxes. The one by the trees
guarded by the Bird Sticks contains
a Bread Roll. Bird Sticks have a 5%
chance of dropping an Aluminum
Rod, a very handy weapon for
Lucas. And the one at the end of
the tracks has a Flea Powder
inside. You can fight the
Cattlesnakes if you like. They are
pretty tough, so be warned! When
you're ready, head north.

There is a very large factory
standing before you, but don't worry
about that just now. Check the
nearby vending machine if you
would like to purchase any items.
You can save with the Save Frog.
And Item Guy is also here, so if you
want to store any items now is the
time. There is a gift box in the
northeast corner that holds
Eyedrops. Go north to the forest.
Here you will find the Ropeway,
which is the only way to get to Club
Titiboo. However, after a short
conversation you find out that only
employees of Corva can go there.
Grab the Local Area Map from the
present box on the right and head
back to Corva to get a job.
You may have noticed that there
are paths on the west and east side
of this forest. The west path has
some strong enemies and leads to
a strange zoo, a hot spring, some
gift boxes, and a dead end. The
east path leads to a waterfall and
another dead end. Don't mind these
paths just yet, as they will be
covered in upcoming chapters.
Go inside Corva and speak to the
blue Pigmask. He will offer you a
job recharging Claymen. Say "Yes"
to his offer and he will give you a
Corva Sketch. He will also ask for
the name of the player, which is
YOU! Write your name down here.
After confirming it, Boney will leave
your party for awhile. Head towards
the back room and climb down the
ladder.
At the bottom of the ladder is a
Pigmask who is in charge of the
elevator shaft. You have to explore
this mine and find weak looking
Claymen. Once you find one, push
him all the way back to this
Pigmask. He will lower the elevator
and bring the weak Clayman to the
top. Go back up the ladder and
continue to push the Clayman into
the next room where he will be
recharged. You need to do this a
total of 3 times.
Once you are finished, talk to the
blue Pigmask. He will give you a
Ticket for the Ropeway and 200DP.
Boney rejoins you as well. Head
outside, save with the Save Frog,
and go back to the Ropeway. Give
your Ticket to the guy at the
Ropeway and you will travel all the
way up to the conveniently located
Club Titiboo.

Cross over the rope bridge to get to
Club Titiboo. You can open up the
gift box and to release some
fireworks if you like. Be sure to save
with the nearby Save Frog. At the
club entrance the bouncers won't let
you in. It seems they have a no
dogs allowed policy. Lucas and
Boney leave but soon return with
Boney dressed as a kid and walking
fully upright. The bouncers don't
seem to be buying it. Suddenly a
pink haired waitress steps out and
vouches for you. Head inside the
club.
Once inside the pink haired
waitress reveals that she is
Kumatora. She says she will explain
everything later and to find a seat
for the DCMC show that's about to
start. You don't have to go inside
right away. Explore the club a bit.
Buy some healing items at the
vending machine and refreshment
stand. Get some DCMC
merchandise from the man on the
right. If you need to save, go to the
men's room in the room on the left.
       The DCMC Fan Book may
       seem weak, but it will be very
       helpful in an upcoming battle
in the next chapter. Grab at least
one, as you will come across more
later.
When you're ready, head inside the
concert hall. Talk to everyone
inside. Once you have done this try
to leave. Boney will ask you if you
want to sit and watch the encore.
Say "Yes" and have a seat. Thomas
will join you. After a short
discussion with Kumatora the
waitress the show will start. Once
it's over, leave the concert hall.
       After the concert, talk to the
       girl by the door and get a free
       DCMC pamphlet. It might
seem pointless now, but it'll be
useful later on, so hang onto it!
Look for Kumatora in the lobby.
Follow her down a ladder and into
an underground passage. There are
Sticky Slugs down here, but they
won't be a problem. Follow the path
south to find two gift boxes
containing a Salt Water Gun and a
Made-U-Look. Go north and climb
up the ladder at the end.
You are now in Kumatora's room,
and she is taking a shower. Wait
awhile until she finishes, or just
approach the door. She will ask if
you want to wash off. Say "Yes" or
you will make her angry. Enter the
room to find a hot spring. Jump in
and a summary of events will scroll
on by.
Afterwards, speak to Kumatora who
informs you that one of the band
members looks like Duster. She
wants Lucas to speak to Duster and
to hopefully restore his memory.
However his room is guarded. She
reveals a hidden ladder and then
goes to inform the band of her plan.
Save with the nearby Save Frog
and go up the ladder to the attic.
Once in the attic you will see a
mouse. He owns a small shop and
can sell you some good items. Get
the Better Pole for Lucas and a few
Pencil Rockets for Boney as they
will come in handy later. Now go to
the first door on the left. Inside is a
present box with the Attic Map
inside, and Item Guy. Now is a
great time to store any unneeded
items such as the DCMC
merchandise. Head back to the
room with the mouse and go in the
door on the right.
Now it's time to explore this attic.
First, head east, south, and then
east again to find a gift box with a
Magic Tart inside. You see those
instruments? That's where you want
to go. Head all the way back and go
in the room on the northeast side to
find an Antidote. Go back once
more and go right to find an
Insecticide. Head into the nearby
door.
From here head east, east, east,
and east. In this room you will find a
Running Bomb. Go in the southwest
door to find some Big City Fries.
Head back one room and take the
southeast door. Go south again to
find a room with mice. Talk to them
to get a Peculiar Cheese and a Nut
Bread. Save with the Save Frog in
the corner.
       There are three gift boxes in
       this room and opening them
       recovers your HP and PP. So
use one now and save the other
two for the up coming battle. Come
back here whenever you need a
quick fix.
From the mices room, go north and
then west. In here you will find a
Magic Gelatin. Head south to find
that room with the instruments you
saw earlier. Speak to the Jealous
Bass who is not at all happy about
being stored in the attic. He attacks
along with some company.
This fight has Lucas and Boney up
against a Jealous Bass, a Sobbing
Guitar, and a Broken Drum. They
can do some devastating combo
attacks so you want to use PK
LOVE until the Sobbing Guitar and
Broken Drum are out of the way.
Have Boney use healing items as
needed. Once they are gone you
can focus on the Jealous Base. It
can increase its offense and do
double attacks, so take it down
quickly. Have Lucas use normal
attacks and have Boney use any
Pencil Rockets or other offensive
items you have. Be sure to keep
your HP high.
After defeating the musical trio jump
down the hole. You will land in the
DCMC's dressing room. Boney will
leave the party temporarily. Save
with the Save Frog and speak to the
man with the afro. He tells you
where he hid the Egg of Light but
still does not remember that he is
Duster. Unsure of what to do, the
band decides that a game of Stone-
Sheet-Clippers will decide where
Duster goes. Play with each band
member. They give you hints as to
what they are going to throw. Even
if you pick the wrong move,
something will happen to interrupt
the game so you can start again.
After you beat OJ the band wishes
Duster goodbye. Duster and Boney
join the party. Leave the room and
Kumatora will join as well.
Head down the hall and go towards
the club's exit. You can purchase
items from this vending machine if
you want. In the lobby try and enter
the door to the concert hall. Duster
will have some flashbacks on how
he came to join DCMC. Leave the
club and the band will begin to play
a farewell song. Duster will leave
his afro behind. Once outside Lucas
releases the Pigeon, and the
chapter ends.

                   THE EGG HUNT
Duster recalls where he stashed the
Egg of Light. After a flashback enter
the nearby cave. Speak to the mole
inside and upgrade your equipment
then save with the frog. Leave the
small cave.
        Before venturing forward,
        now is a good time to
        backtrack all the way to
Osohe Castle. The reason is to
collect a great weapon for Duster
that comes in handy (or footy, in
this case). Head to Osohe Castle
and go to the room where you
fought Mr. Passion. There you will
find Lord Passion. After defeating
him you will find the Mystical
Footwear. These are only
obtainable in this chapter! So go
get it now. Backtracking later in this
chapter will only prove to be more
time consuming.
Head north though the forest
fighting any enemies you come
across. Boney will eventually
remove his disguise and become a
regular dog once more. Head east.
In this clearing you will see many
holes. If you take the last southwest
hole you will fall down to the correct
path that leads to a Save Frog and
the exit. If you fall down the other
holes you can find an Aries
Bracelet, a Pencil Rocket, a Beef
Jerky and many moles to talk to.
Head south to find the exit back to
the surface.
Duster has hidden the Egg of Light
in what appears to be a broken
down Cayman. As you approach
him he is struck by lightening and
runs away. Follow him eastward
and you will be at the base of the
Thunder Tower. Walk around the
tower and you will come across two
presentes that contain Pork Chips
and a Secret Herb. Head south.
There is a present on the right that
contains a Magic Butterfly. After
crossing under an overpass you will
reach a factory. Here you can buy
the same equipment the mole had
from the vending machines. Save
with the Save Frog and head inside
the factory.
Upon entering the factory Lucas is
mistaken for someone else and the
party is dressed in Pigmask
uniforms You will not encounter
any fights in the factory thanks to
this mistake. Speak to the Pig
Masks and they will tell you that the
Clayman you are chasing has
probably headed to the trash heap.
One of them will even give you a
Secret Herb. Trek through the
factory towards the exit and heal
yourself in the Instant Revitalizing
Device you come across.
Back outside you will see a garbage
truck taking the Clayman away.
Chase that truck! But before you do,
make use of the Item Dude and
grab any DCMC Fan Books or
DCMC other items you have and
then use the Save Frog.

             HIGHWAY JOURNEY
Keep heading west fighting any
Wound-Up Road Hogs or Scrapped
Robots. When you enter the second
tunnel area equip any DCMC Fan
Books you have because the time
to use em in battle is about to come
up. The Fierce Pork Trooper will
arrive and mistake Lucas for his
commander. He will lend you the
Pork Bean. However, you find a
banana peel and crash. The Fierce
Pork Trooper returns to give you
another Pork Bean, but suddenly
realizes who you really are. It's
battle time.
The Fierce Pork Trooper is a huge
push over if you have any DCMC
items equipped. All you need to do,
is select any DCMC item in your
inventory and use it on him. He will
become jealous and won't be able
to attack for two or three rounds. If
you don't have any DCMC items
this fight is much harder. The Fierce
Pork Trooper can hit hard so keep
your HP up at all times. Have
Duster use Scary Mask and
Kumatora use Offense and Defense
Down Alpha. Soon enough he will
fall.
With the Fierce Pork Trooper
beaten, he retreats leaving his
working Pork Bean. Save with the
nearby frog then take it and head
north and go in the tunnel on the
left. Inside you will come across a
present with the Highway Map.
Keep going west and you will see a
refueling station and a present with
a Doggy Biscuit inside. Don't use
this as you can trade it for a better
item soon. Keep going west and
you will eventually come across a
present with Gemini Bracelet inside
and a Save Frog. Head back east to
the refueling station you passed.
      If you're lucky, you may
      encounter a rare enemy in
      the tunnels: the Bright Smile.
        Head north from the recharge
        station. You'll eventually
        come to a construction area.
Park the Pork Bean by the small dirt
hill, and talk to the nearby mouse.
She asks you to find her children
and have them come home. If you
want to help her, their locations are
indicated on this map. Your reward
will be the Shield Snatcher, an
extremely useful item, especially
later in the game.
       Keep going north and park
       your Pork Bean once you get
       to a cliff. Hop out and speak
to the stray dog. Give him your
Doggy Biscuit in exchange for a
powerful Pencil Rocket.
       You need to recharge your
       Pork Bean now. If you don't,
       it will run out of power very
soon, and you'll have to walk
everywhere from now on. Use the
recharge station here, but be sure
to recharge it properly or it'll
explode!
Follow the highway and cross over
a suspension bridge. This leads to
another tunnel that will eventually
bring you out into the parking area.
In this area there are no enemies so
you are safe to explore. There is a
present next to the Item Dude that
contains a Brown Collar. There is
also an Incredible Capsule and a
Save Frog that you should use. The
snack cart is also selling some new
equipment that will prove to be
helpful. Lastly, you can talk to the
locals and explore the small caf.
When you are all done head into
the east tunnel.
        There is a robot sitting on the
        recharging station. He wants
        you to recharge him for
EXACTLY 15 seconds. Play this
little mini-game with him and you
can win some DP. If you hit the A
button between 1~10 seconds you
get 1 DP, 11~14 seconds 50 DP,
and at exactly 15 seconds you get
100 DP. Go over that and the robot
will explode. You can keep coming
back here as much as you want to
earn DP, or just blow the robot up if
you're into that sort of thing.
As soon as you enter this tunnel,
take the south path to a small room.
In here is Leo-Leo amongst many
presentes. Keep talking to him and
he will eventually let you open one.
But no matter which one you pick,
they all contain a Hand-knit
Sweater. Leave and continue east.
You have finally found the garbage
dump where the Clayman has
ended up! Climb down the ladder to
finally claim the Egg of Light. But
suddenly the party is attacked by
the Forlorn Junk Heap!
Start off by having Kumatora and
Duster lower the Forlorn Junk
Heaps his Offense and Defense,
and then raise Duster and Lucas's
Offense. Have them attack while
Kumatora uses PK Fire. Have
Boney use Pencil Rockets and
healing items as needed. This battle
shouldn't be too difficult.
With the Forlorn Junk Heap sent to
the junk heap for good, Duster
collects the Egg of Light. After
touching the egg he has a flashback
and finally recovers his memory.
But you don't get to celebrate long
as a Pig Mask arrives and once
again Lucas is mistaken for their

                THUNDER TOWER
Finally inside the troublesome
tower. To the left is an Instant
Revitalizing Device if you need it
and a present with a Tower Sketch
inside. There is also a vending
machine that sells some useful
equipment for the group. Pick this
up if you have the DP. When you
are ready, head up the stairs to the
right, save with the frog, and enter
the door.
From here either door you choose
will take you to the central room that
leads to the next level of the tower.
If you pick the west path you will
come across a Cow Cap in the
second room, a DCMC Fan Book in
the fifth room, and the door to the
central room in the sixth room. If
you take the north path you will find
a Pencil Rocket in the second room
and the door to the central room in
the third room. While the north path
is much shorter the west path has
more presents. But nothing is
stopping you from taking both paths
and getting all the presents.
Once in the central room you will
soon find a Save Frog. Definitely
speak to him as there is a boss fight
coming up. It is a good idea to grab
the DCMC Fan Book in this level of
the tower if you have not already
done so. Walk around the large
generator and go up the ladder.
Once you pass the small DCMC
collection you will be attacked by
the second incarnation of the Fierce
Pork Trooper.
The strategy is pretty much the
same as last time. Once again just
select any DCMC item in your
inventory and use it on him. He will
become jealous and won't be able
to attack for two or three rounds. If
you don't have any DCMC items
this fight is much harder. The Fierce
Pork Trooper can hit hard so keep
your HP up at all times. Have
Duster use Scary Mask and
Kumatora use Offense and Defense
Down Alpha. Soon enough he will
fall for the final time.
After the fight Fassad shows up
revealing that Lucas and company
are imposters. You escape up the
ladder to the portion of the tower.
You can no longer go down, so you
might as well go up! But before you
do get the Riddle Card 2 from the
present on the left. Go up the many
stairs and then the ladder at the top.
This room reveals a lot about the
real leader behind the Pigmasks.
Take a look around and check out
the many clues as to his identity.
For those of you that have played
EarthBound, it should be rather
obvious at this point. Use the hot
tub and Save Frog. Check out the
juke box if you like. From the
vending machine make sure you
purchase three Rubber Raincoats
as they will come in handy later.
There are three presents here that
contain a Salt Water Gun, a Secret
Herb, and a Made-U-Look. There is
also another present that is actually
a Surprise Box enemy. Fight him for
some good EXP and DP. When you
are done here head up the ladder.
       There is a display case with
       the Friend's Yo-Yo inside. Try
       and take it and you will be
attacked by Li'l Miss Marshmallow.
She has an attack that can hit
everyone at once, and hard. Have
Lucas use Shield Alpha, Kumatora
use Offense Down Alpha and then
Defense Down Alpha, Duster use
Scary Mask, and Boney use either
Salt Water Gun or healing items.
This robot maid will soon become
more aggressive in her next form.
You should as well and hit her with
PK LOVE Alpha and PK Thunder
Alpha. She shouldn't take long to
beat.
Keep heading upwards and fight off
the many Short Circuit Crash! you'll
face. Eventually on your way up
Lucas will be stuck with electricity
from one of the generators causing
him to learn PK Flash. Once you
find the Save Frog use him, equip
those Rubber Raincoats you
recently purchased, and head up
the ladder. Get ready for your last
boss battle for this chapter.
Walk towards the south exit in this
room. An alarm will sound a robot
will appear from the generator
behind you and attacks. Mr.
Genetor uses a lot of lighting and
physical counter attacks, some of
which can hit everyone. He first
phase he attacks normally. Have
Lucas use use Shield Alpha and PK
Flash, Kumatora use Offense Down
Alpha and then Defense Down
Alpha, Duster use Smoke Bombs
and Scary Mask, and Boney use
Pencil Rockets or healing items as
needed. Don't attack normally as he
will counter them. In his second
phase Mr. Genetor will hit everyone
with a huge lightening attack. But
thanks to the Rubber Raincoats
everyone should be fine, except for
Boney that is. Heal him or bring him
back into the party as soon as you
can. During his final phase Mr.
Genetor shuts down to recharge
and won't attack. This is your
chance to hit him with everything
you got such as PK LOVE Aplha
and PK Freeze Alpha. Soon he will
come back to life and his phases
will repeat. Keep it up and
eventually he will fall.
Once Mr. Genetor is defeated
Fassad and his Pigmasks catch up
to you. The group escape once
again to the outside of the tower
only to find that they are trapped.
Fassad follows and beings to taunt
the group and explains that the
Thunder Tower is no longer needed
and intends to be blow it up along
with them. Fassad's Pork Ship
arrives but he soon slips on a
banana peel and falls from the
tower. The group grab onto the
Pork Ship only to be shaken off
while a Masked Boy looks on from
the ship. Everyone continues to fall
as this chapter ends.

Lucas awakes in a field of
sunflowers. There isn't anything
else to do here, so just walk left for
awhile.
You will eventually find Boney. After
a flashback the ghost of Hinawa will
appear. Follow her.
Hinawa will lead Lucas to a cliff. He
will jump off in an attempt to reach
his mother. Lucas and Boney fall
into a haystack as the next chapter
begins
                    THE NEEDLES
Luacs wakes up in the retirement
home with Wess and Alec. You are
separated from everyone again.
Alec says you should talk to the
Magypsies. Head towards Tazmily
Village.
On the nearby bridge Ionia, the
Magypsy that taught you PSI, is tied
up! She asks you could take her to
Aeolias house. No matter what you
say, you have no choice! Ionia joins
you and you are both off.
Wondering how to get to Aeolia´s
house? Talk to Mapson in the town
square so he can mark it on your
map! Not that there is anything
wrong with that.
There are two ways to Aeolias
house. You can take the long path
through Sunshine Forest. Just
follow the arrow lizards, and then
hop across the frogs in the pond.
Along the way you can find
presents with a Beef Jerky, Pisces
Bracelet, Peculiar Cheese, Baked
Yam, Sprinting Bomb, and a Bread
Roll inside. The shorter way, is to
take the boat by the bridge where
you found Ionia.
Aeolia lives in a giant shell, and as
you will discover so do all the
Magypsies. After a long discussion
Aeolia wants Lucas to investigate
who pulled the Needle at Osohe
Castle. After she disappears take
Aeolia´s Memento and then take
the newly revealed underground
passage.
The underground passage isn´t full
of too many dangers Only
Cleocatras are here and they are
easy to wrap up. The path is
straight very simple so just keep
moving forward. Along the way you
will find presents with Beef Jerky,
Rotten Milk, and a Magic Tart.
Eventually you will be in the
courtyard of Osohe Castle.
The Needle has been pulled after
all. Ionia explains what the Dark
Dragon is and why the needles
exist.You must now go and be the
one to pull the needles, so that you
can wash away the evil from the
world and save it from destruction.
As you leave a dropped reciever
rings. Pick it up and find out that the
next needle has been discovered
and a monkey is needed to get it.
Even if you are a bit confused all it
means right now is that your next
stop if the Chimera Lab. Take the
Cross Road Station, go past the
factory, and at the Ropeway turn
left. Cant miss it! Leave the castle
and head to the cemetery.
As you arrive at the cemetery
Boney will bring Lucas to Hinawas
grave. Nippolyte is there and tells
you that you just missed Flint. He
gives you the Courage Badge that
your father left for you. Just hang
onto it for now. Head to the Cross
Road Station.
After experiencing the joy of riding a
green-colored train, head north to
the now closed down factory. Head
to the Ropeway and then keep
going easy. Speak to the Pigmask
at the entrance to the Chimera Lab.

               THE CHIMERA LAB
The Pigmask guard recognizes you
as the part-time worker from the
day before. He has to leave to look
for an escaped monkey. You can
easily get into the lab now. Once
inside, you can go to the mens
bathroom on the left and find a
Save Frog, or head into the mini-
theater on the right.
      The doctor in the lobby sells
      some pretty strong
      experimental medicine!
These items can help make you
stronger and your enemy weaker.
But they come at an expensive DP
cost.
In the theater go on stage and
through the light to the locker room.
Check the open locker and put on
the pig masks. Go into the next
empty room and head up the stairs
and walkthrough the room full of AV
equipment. In the next room open
the blue present in the corner for
the Chimera Lab map. Go through
the nearby door.
You will be spotted by a Pigmask.
He wants you to help look for two
escaped monkeys. The room right
in front of you is the break room and
has a vending machine that sells
Big City Cola. Enter the room on the
left and you will see a garbage can
running away.
There are many rooms in the lab,
most of which are empty. But some
are worth checking out for presents
or information about the lab. On the
first floor to the left is a big
operating room. In south connecting
room is a frozen Drago and a
present with a Bomb inside. Back in
the hall, the second room on the
right you will find a working
projector and a present with a
Saltwater Gun. On the second floor
you can find a Secret Herb in the
room with the parrot, a sauna, and
a magic buttery fly in the
microscope in the first lab on the
south wall. And finally if you take an
elevator to the third floor you can
find an Edible Mushroom and an
Enemy Wimperizer in the lockers
and a Made-U-Look in the last
crate.
At the end of the hallway on the
second floor is a museum full of
chimeras. You can save with the
stuffed Save Frog here if you like.
Go through the north door into the
stuffed chimera room, and go
trough the next door as well. There
in the brain room you will find the
two escaped monkeys. They will
quickly run away if approached.
Follow them but be ready for a fight.
As soon as you go back into the
skeleton part of the museum you
will be attacked by an Almost
Mecha-Lion.
You may think you have won the
fight, but the Almost Mecha-Lion
doesnt want to stay down. As he is
about to lung for you a Clayman
saves the day. It seems that some
Chimeras have escaped the
Pigmasks are trying to round them
up. Only one remains: The Ultimate
Chimera. Now would be a good
time to use that nearby by Save
Frog.
       While walking the lab halls
       you may be unfortunate
       enough to run into the
Ultimate Chimera. If he catches you
then Lucas and Boney will be
forced into a fight that they cannot
win and then its game over. Just
run to the nearest room or elevator
when you see the Ultimate
Chimera.
On the first or second floor after
looking in a few rooms a trashcan
will appear in the hall. This was the
same one that ran away from you
before! Inside is none other then Dr.
Andonuts. He cant do much for you
now, so leave him be.
The monkeys have gone into the
labs basement. The only way down
is from the elevator in the operating
room on the first floor. The Pigmask
guarding the door has no problem
with you taking the elevator. Once
in the basement just keep going
until you find the monkeys in the red
room. They will once again run
away. Head back to the elevator.
You can also find a Pork Stew
inside the opened cage.
From the operating room go back to
the first floor hallway. The monkeys
havent gotten very far as you spot
them right at the door. Follow them
for the last time to the room at the
far end of the hall. But you will have
the Ultimate Chimera as company!
Dr. Andonuts musters enough
courage to appear and tell you that
the only way to stop the Ultimate
Chimera is to turn its switch it to
OFF. Easier said then done as now
Lucas and Boney are being chased!
Salsa remembers how Lucas
helped him all those years ago in
Sunshine Forest. He quickly races
to help Lucas and Boney and turns
off the Ultimate Chimera in the nick
of time. Salsa joins you. It is finally
time to leave this lab of horrors.
      Go back into the Chimera
      Lab to find some hidden
      items. Head to the first lab
room on the left on the first floor.
You can have Salsa get you a
Offense Spray from the shelf. On
the second floor in the first lab on
the south wall (same place where
you found the Magic Butterfly) you
can have Salsa get you a Can of
Bug Spray and a Defense Spray
from the shelves. In the Chimera
museum a doctor will give you an
Enemy Bufferizer.

                 MOLE CRICKETS
After you leave the Chimera Lab,
head east and go to that large stone
door. You will take control of Salsa.
Go up to the door and do the dance
he learned back at Osohe Castle.
The path will open up leading to the
next needle.
Inside the shell house is Kumatora
and the magyspsy Doria. After the
reunion follow Doria outside to the
pond. Speak to her to find out that
you need something from the
Chimera Lab to transfer the water
from the pond to the empty hole.
Head back there post haste.
Back the lab you will see that the
Ultimate Chimera has escaped, but
you don't have to worry about that.
Speak to Dr. Andonuts and he will
let you pick form three of his secret
Chimeras to help move the water.
Dry Guy and the Bucket Brothers
won't be much help. Pick the Pump
Chimera for sure fire results. Go
down and pull that needle.
After the needle has been pulled
Lucas will learn PK Love β. Doria
will giver you her memento and
disappear. Kumatora joins the party
and Salsa leaves. But before he
does he gives you a Nut.
As you leave the large stone door
behind a bad mouse named the
The Squeekz attacks. He shouldn't
be too hard to take down.
Afterwards, he decides to head
toward the highway. You should
head there next as well. Go east
and you will run into the Mole
Cricket from Lucas's childhood. He
will take you to the Mole Cricket
hole. Since the path to the highway
is blocked, you might as well dive
in.
        Going back to the Chimera
        Lab means getting attacked
        by Pigmasks and other
enemies. Seems like you stand as a
part time worker is over and your all
access pass is revoked.
The Cricket Mole hole has many
paths that twist and turn. Most of
which are blocked by lotus roots.
Speak to the Elder Cricket to begin
the very short fight with the Mole
Cricket. After you win, you are told
to check out the mountain at the
end of the tunnels. You are also

him if you get lost and want to
return to the Elder Cricket. Before
you start exploring, check the
nearby lotus root. Mole Crickets will
come from all around and eat them
away for you. The now accessible
Mole Cricets will give you the
Cricket Hole Map. There is also a
Mole Cricket impersonating a Save
Frog. And to the far left you can
also purchase some Sincerity
Dumplings.
The mole cricket map is basically
useless. So, as some of the mole
crickets say, to get through the
mole cricket cave, turn every single
time you come across a turn. Do
this, and you'll eventually reach the
exit of the cave and find yourself on
a snowy mountain.

Finally out of the Mole Cricket Hole!
Now you are on a Snowcap
Mountain. The Mole Cricket Brother
doesn't like bright light so he leaves
your inventory. Start scaling up this
enemy filled mountain. Grab the
Double Jerky and Cancer Bracelet
while you are on your way to the
top.
      Here you can find the rare
      Frosted Bun enemy. It has
      powerful PSI attacks, but if
you want to fill out your Battle
Memory list, be sure to fight this
enemy now while it's convenient.
Coming back here later in the
chapter is a pain.
Soon you will come across the Item
Guy and a Save Frog. Use ´em if
you need ´em. You will come
across a sauna, but before you can
take a dip another Mole Cricket
appears and sets up shop. A little
further and you will find the next
Magyspy Lydia.
Go inside Lydia's shell house.
Speak to her and she'll open the
door leading to the Needle.
However you're too late because
someone else has just pulled it! You
are only in time to see the Pigmask
ships leave. A strange masked boy
stands over where the needle once
stood. As he flies off he leaves you
to fight the Steel Mechorilla.
First, make the Steel Mechorilla cry.
Use PK Flash for this (or a Smoke
Bomb if you did things out of order
and have Duster). Next, lower his
stats and raise yours. Once you've
done this his hits should miss often,
and when they do hit, they won't
hurt much. Now attack and heal as
necessary. Use PK Thunder twice
only! It'll go berserk and power up
otherwise!
After the fight go back and check on
Lydia. She will come out and notice
that the needle has been pulled by
another. She urges you to be the
one to pull the rest. Before she
vanishes she gives you her
memento and tell you to use the
white box at the top of the
mountain. The white box, or
refrigerator, will take you all the way
to the cemetery near Tazmily
Village. What a way to travel.

                        THE VALLEY
After your landing you can go
catch up with the residents in
Tazmily Village if you like. But it is
not necessary. Check the
bouncing jar nearby to open up an
underground passage. Once down
there head east and you will
immediately find another bounding
jar. Check it and then ride the
coffee table all the way east, and
then north once the path forces
you to turn. Welcome back to the
highway.
You can choose to walk the
highway or continue the ride the
coffee table. The coffee table is
much faster and you can avoid
enemies while riding it. Whichever
you decide, your destination will be
the base of the Thunder Tower. It
has been awhile since you have
been there, but you want to first
head east and then follow the road
south. From there you will be
where the Pork Bean slipped on
those banana peels. Head north
again in the nearby tunnel. Follow
the road all the way north until you
reach the cliffs. Head east and
then south to the parking area.
From there head east again until
the road forces you to go south.
You will arrive at the Thunder
Tower base, which is now off
limits. From here keep heading
east until the road ends.
      If you head east until the
      road forces you to go south,
      and then east again, you will
eventually wide back at the
Clayman factory. The factory is
now abandoned and is full of
Security Robots. Pigmasks and
tanks guard the entrance. You will
not be able to reach the Thunder
Tower this way.
Welcome to Saturn Valley. This
happy little place is under the
Pigmasks control. There are a few
presents here. A Black Collar can
be found out in the open near the
entrance to the valley. A Cup of
Lifenoodles can be found through
the cave on the right that leads to
the cliffs. And finally the present in
the far right corner contains a fart.
Yup.
You must free the captured Mr.
Saturns that are being held in their
very own homes. In the first house
you will walk into a group of Mr.
Saturns being interrogated. This
intrusion will anger the the
Pigmasks and the Frightbot and
they attack. They shouldn't prove
to much of a problem. The second
house has a single Frightbot and a
present that contains a Good Kid's
Shirt. The next house contains two
Frightbots and presents with
Strawberry Tofu and yet another
fart inside. One of the Mr. Saturn's
wants to give you thanks. If you
say "YES" you will get a Dragonfly.
If you say "NO" you will get a
Silver Dragon Fly. You can get
both.
In the final house you find Duster
tied up. Defeat the last two
Pigmask Majors and Frightbot.
After the fight everyone brings
Duster up to speed and he rejoins
the group. Just to note, from now
on you will always have Lucas,
Boney, Kumatora and Duster in
your party. Speak to the Mr.
Saturns to learn that the next
needle is to the north in the
volcano. Before you go, speak to
the Mr. Saturn on the right for the
Saturn Valley Map.
Before you head to the volcano,
check out the shop located in the
first house.
Go through the cave on the right
and follow it through the cliffs. Up
here is the Item guy and yet
another farting present. Check the
large cliff wall to find out that it sis
too solid for Duster's Wall Staples.
Speak to the nearby Mr. Saturn for
a stack of Mr. Saturns to give you
a boost. Once Duster does his
thing, head north to Fire Mountain.

       VOLCANIC EXPLORATION
You are now at the base to Fire
Mountain. Before going into the
obvious Magypsy house you can
use the Save Frog or check out the
Mole Cricket's goods. But even
though the next Needle is in a
volcano, you don't need to stock up
on items as the trip will be a short
one. When ready go into the shell
house.
Phrygia is asleep. But she has left
you a note and some Encouraging
Words. These will help you move
the bolder that blocks the entrance
to the Fire Mountain. Some more
large rocks are in your way. First
check the Horizontiboulder on the
right. Next check the Vertiboulder to
the right. Lastly check the two
Horizontiboulders on the left. The
path is finally open.
Two Pigmask Lieutenants are
talking about Fassad's new
makeover. Seems that he is still
around being a pain. The two jump
you for ease dropping. There is a
present with a Pencil Rocket to the
left, a Double Jerky to the right, and
near the volcano entrance a Cup of
Lifenoodles.
The volcano is full of enemies. You
can try to avoid them but the tight
spaces make it difficult to dodge. It
is best to face them head on. The
path to the needle is pretty simple,
and short. Just walk straight, take
the first path north then go
immediately right. Then walk north
until you find the Needle.
For some presents take the first
south tunnel to find a Saltwater
Gun. Take the far right tunnel to find
a yet another farting present and a
Luxury Banana. There is also a
Magic Butterfly in this room as well,
so come back her if you need more
PP. And finally there is a present
box in the center that has a Secret
Herb.
As soon as you approach the
Needle your old friend Fassad
appears. He can no longer speak
so his robotic Interpreter lets you
know he is here to make you cry
uncle.
Fassad retreats and swears
revenge. Let him toot his horn, you
have a Needle to pull. Once pulled
Lucas will learn PK LOVE Gamma.
Phrygia appears and tells you
where two of the final three Needles
are located. She also gives you her
notebook and memento. Head back
to Saturn Valley.
Getting down the cliff will be a
breeze thanks to the ladder the Mr.
Saturns installed. Continue towards
the valley. A Pigmask will drop in
and blow up the exit! The only way
out of the valley is with the Mr.
Saturns help. Go to the house
closest to the cave and talk to the
Mr. Saturn in the middle of the
room. It seems you will be flying out
of here with bird power. But you
need to catch one more bird.
You can find some birds by the
destroyed entrance. Walk up to a
bird slowly and when you are close
try and catch one. If they keep flying
away get close and just wait until a
bird walks by. Once you have a bird
take it back to the same Mr. Saturn
that you just spoke to.
Now that the final bird has been
collected, go take a quick dip in the
hot spring. Have some coffee with
the Mr. Saturn and watch some
words of encouragement scroll on
by. Once this has passed, a Mr.
Saturn tells you everything is ready.
He also takes your Courage Badge
to make it all sparkly.
Approach the bird cage and get
ready for a ride. But before you can
grab the rope, the down and out
Rope Snake makes a plea to join
you once more. You have no choice
but to take him. Will he hold out this
time?
The short answer is no. Lucas and
company fall once more and land at
Cerulean Beach near Tazmily
Village. Even though the Rope
Snake hides himself in shame, this
is actually the best place to be. You
can get to Tanetane Island, home of
the next Needle from here.

The only way to Tanetane Island is
to cross the ocean. So walk up to
the ocean and hop right on in and
begin your long walk. Yup, it is that
simple!
While in the ocean, take notice of
the blue bar on the bottom left. This
is your oxygen gauge. When it runs
out you will wash up on the shore.
Use the oxygen supply machines to
fill your gauge up. Go down the first
ladder you see and follow the path
to a Virgo Braclet. Refill your
oxygen and head south and then to
the east to grab the Sea Floor Map.
Head back once more and refill
your air. Continue south and head
to the path on the right.
Refill your oxygen here and then
head back. Immediately go west to
take the next path. Keep going
south and before you keep moving
as this will be a close one. Once
you see a ladder quickly go down it
and refill your oxygen.
From here head to the next ladder.
Grab the preset with the Awesome
Crown inside. Go back down the
ladder and refill your oxygen. Now
head back again and immediately
go north and then east. Be quick
about this one too.
After you refill your oxygen, head
south. Open the present for a Magic
Tart. Head south some more for a
Double Jerky. Quickly continue to
head south and refill your oxygen.
Continue to head south some more.
Head east and ignore the first
oxygen supply machine as it is out
of order. Head southeast and refill
your oxygen. Keep going a little
further and you will find a present
with a Cup of Lifenoodles inside.
Refill your oxygen again and then
go west then south. Watch out for
those Rock Lobsters! Refill your
oxygen again and continue to move
south.
      Go all the way east and then
      north from the oxygen supply
      machine. You will come
across a hermit crab whose shell
has been stolen by a Rock Lobster!
But not just any Rock Lobster. Keep
heading south to eventually come
across the thief's home.
Go down the first ladder on the left
to find a Magic Tart and an oxygen
supply machine. Go back up and go
down the first ladder on the right.
Inside is the Rock Lobster that stole
the hermit crabs shell. Once you
beat him grab the Hermit Crab shell
and make your way all the way
back to the hermit crab for 1000
DP.
Head down the next ladder to find a
Bomb. Go back and refill your
oxygen down the ladder to the west.
After you are full, go down the
ladder to the far east. In there you
will find presents with a Magic
Pudding and the Trivia Card 3. Go
up the ladder and quickly head
south. Refill your oxygen follow the
path to the east.
Grab the present with the Magic
Pudding inside. Head to the east
and refill your oxygen. Continue
south and save at the Save Frog
and use the nearby oxygen supply
machine. Head east for a Magic
Tart. And finally, head south once
last time.
You will be sucked into a fight with
Master Eddy. Try as you might, he
cannot be beaten. Once the fight is
over you will wash up on the shore
of Tanetane Island.

    DREAMS AND NIGHTMARES
As Lucas and company wash
ashore the beach of Tanetane
Island, Kumatora notices that all of
their items are missing. And not
only that, everyone is at 1 HP! Head
south and be sure to save with the
poor Save Frog inside the snake.
You need to replenish your HP fast.
Is there anything around to eat?
      You are in no state to fight
       any enemies. Dont even
       think about fighting the
Zombieshroom that is blocking your
path. It will only spell game over
man, game over.
There is a patch of funky looking
mushrooms with a sign next to them
that reads Energizing Mushrooms”.
They do look a bit oddut since
there is nothing else to eat on the
island you have no choice but to dig
it.
Like whoa man. Lucas, Kumatora
and Duster are overcome by an
increasingly strange sensation.
Everyone HP and PP is full, but for
awhile things are gunna be all
freaky-deaky. Head into the jungle
and begin your search for the next
Needle.
As you walk through the jungle you
will come across some familiar
faces. But Boneys barks of warning
are justified as these are not your
friends at all! They are actually foes
and not friends! Or are they simply
nothing at all
The path through the jungle is fairly
straight forward. Along the way you
will find trash cans with Cup of
Lifenoodles, an Alligator Hat and a
Fairy Ribbon inside. But you wont
get these until later. Just keep
pressing on and you will eventually
get to a crossroad where you can
go east or west. West will take you
to what looks like a saunaContinue
to go east and you will reach the
base of a cliff. Climb the ladders to
the top to find a Magypsy house.
At the top you go inside the
Magypsy shell house. Mixolydia, or
Missy, will cure you the mushrooms
funk. She also tells you that Ocho
has found all of your missing items.
Speak to him to get them all back.
Once outside you can finally see
the island for what is really was.
There is a Mole Cricket store, a
Save Frog and the Item Guy are
nearby. There is also a real sauna
next to what Lucas and company
thought was the real one. After you
are done looking around head to
the cave at the top.
Walk through the cave and once
outside you will come across a
present that offers us a mambo
rhythm. Walk up the incline and
keep going west to find a Vigor
Stick. Backtrack a bit and cross
over the bridge and go east to find a
Swallow Bandana. Now take the
bridge north and follow the path
until you find the Needle. Be sure to
speak to the Save Frog nearby.
The Barrier Trio is guarding the
Needle. The best way to take them
down is to STRATEGY.
Dont celebrate your victory so
soon. After the fight Pigmasks
arrive to pull the Needle for
themselves! A Masked Man
approaches Lucas and the rest of
the gang. They are quickly knocked
aside with a single swing of the
Masked Mans sword.
The party awakes to Mixolydia
disappearing. Before she vanishes
she tells you that Ocho is waiting at
the beach to take you back to
Tazmily Village. She also gives you
her memento and a Jar of Yummy
Pickles for Ionia.
      If you go back to Mixolydia´s
      shell house, you will find that
      it is full of Magic Butterflies.
There is also one hiding in a
present box.
Head back to the beach where you
first washed up on. Ocho will be
waiting there for you. Take a ride on
the octopus taxi and before you
know it you will find yourself back
on Cerulean Beach in Tazmily
Village.

          MOUNTAIN EXCURSION
Now that you are back on familiar
dry land, head east into Tazmily
Village. Most of the people have
gone off to live in New Pork City.
Look for Mapson near Sheriff's
Office and he will mark your next
destination. The way to Agrilla Pass
is through Sunshine Forest. Make
your way there, and keep heading
north towards the cliffs. When you
try and cross the small wooden
plank bridge, Kumatora recognizes
the area. Take the now open west
path.
Argilla Pass is also known as
Stumble Pass. And it is named so
because as soon as you enter it you
stumble and fall. It appears that the
Jar of Yummy Pickles was dropped.
You take control of boney and going
on a digging spree. Check each of
the flashing lights. Once you find
something bring it to Lucas to have
it identified. You can find a few
items such as a Made-U-Look, a
Rotten clair, Recollection Bell and
a Heavy Charm. The Jar of Yummy
Pickles is the last shining spot
behind the large center rock.
At the crossroad there is a hot
spring, a Save Frog, and a Mole
Cricket shop to the west. To the
east is a path leading to a cave.
Once inside the cave go east to find
the Cave Map.
      If you keep walking the path
      between the sauna and the
      crossroad, you can come
across the rare Mystery Metal
Monkey. You can beat him for some
good experience.
There are a few presents in this
cave. Go up the small stairs and
keep heading west to find a Magic
Pudding. From here go south and
follow the path outside. Once inside
again grab the Goddess Bustier.
Backtrack to the first room and take
the east path. Go north and then
take the slope and go into the cave.
Sticky Slugs will rain from the sky in
here! Grab the Striped Collar and
Cup of Lifenoodles. Backtrack a bit
and continue to go south until you
are outside again.
       In the room north of where
       you found the Goddess
       Bustier you can find
Negative Man. He is very negative
about things is a big push over.
He's just a quirky enemy - you don't
get anything special for defeating
him.
Once outside again follow the path
north. You will come across a wall
covered in vines. Forget about it for
now and head back south and the
east. Grab the Magic Tart form the
present. Cross the small bridge to
find a Save Frog, a Mole Cricket
store and Ionia's shell house.
Speak to Ionia and hand over the
Jar of Yummy Pickles. She will tell
you that the next Needle is in the
Chupichupoyoi Temple. In order to
get past the vines, you are given
the Waters of Time. Head back
outside.
As you start to cross the bridge, a
Mr. Saturn gives you back your
Courage Badge. Which turns out to
be a Franklin Badge! Head back to
the vine covered door to the north.
Back at the Chupichupoyoi Temple
the Masked Man and the Pigmasks
are trying to open the door. You
seemed to have interrupted their
efforts and are attacked by a
Pigmask Colonel and several
Pigmask Majors. Take ´em down
quickly.
After you defeat all the Pigmasks,
the Masked Man will attack with his
sword again. But the Franklin
Badge deflects the thunder! But the
fight is not over yet as he now
attacks Lucas and company!
Tired and defeated the Masked
Man retreats. Use the Waters of
Time on the vines to open up the
temple. Go inside and approach the
Needle. After a long discussion with
Ionia it is time to pull that Needle.
After the Needle is pulled Lucas
learns PK Love Ω. Ionia also
disappears but leaves you her
memento and some final words
before she goes. Locria, the
missing Magypsy, is nearing the
final Needle. Suddenly, some
strange music begins to play...

                    NEW PORK CITY
Outside a flying stretch limo waits
for you. Lucas and company have
been invited by Master Pokey to
come to New Pork City. You have
no choice but to go along for the
ride.
It is very roomy in this flying stretch
limo. Explore it for awhile as you
have time before you reach New
Pork City. Take a bath, relax on the
sofa, use the Save Frog, and talk to
the Chauffer. After youve done this
take a break in the passengers
seat. Soon you will arrive at your
final destination
New Pork City is huge. It is also full
of most of the people from Tazmily
Village. Feel free to check out the
area, but as you can see most of it
is for show. When you are done
exploring, head to the theater
located on the southeast side of the
city. To the northwest is the
amusement park. There you can
find the Sanchez Brothers and their
broken slot machine. Insert 1 DP
and possibly win a prize. To the
northwest is the Master Porky
statue. There is also a Pigmask
selling explosives to the west of the
city near the tree.
There are a few shops here that
offer good but expensive items. The
Beauty & Tasty has some great
food but at rich prices. The vending
machine near the Empire Porky
Building has many good high priced
goods. And the theater has a shop
with some pricey items as well. By
now you have noticed that this city
really wants to eat up your DP.
In the theater a movie with some
familiar faces plays. On the left side
of the room is a broken speaker. On
inspection it looks like it leads to the
sewer system, but you cannot fit
inside.
This theater stinks as its patrons will
tell you. Check the theater seats
near the font and follow the smell.
You will eventually find the sting
bug that has been stinking up the
joint! Boney gives chase and follow
it into the broken speaker! Boney
has left the party and now you need
to find him.
Head over to the arcade and speak
to the punk. He says he hears a
dog from underneath the floor in the
sewers. Tell him you will check it
out and he opens the path to the
sewer system.
     THE EYE-OPENING SEWERS
Your trip in the sewers is a short,
straightforward one. Just head east
and cross over the garbage bridge.
Climb the ladder and go inside the
door. The two trashcans in here
contain a Magic Pudding and a
Saltwater Gun. But the trashcan on
the right is actually a Putrid
Moldyman!
Back outside you can use the
nearby sauna if you need it. Go
west and down the ladder.
Purchase items from the Mole
Cricket if you feel the need as well.
Go through the rusty door.
Inside the rundown apartment you
can hear Boney barking. Follow the
barks up the stairs and down the
hall. You will be reunited with
Boney, and an old friend.
You have found Leder, the very tall
man that once used to rang the
Cross Road bell. Speak to him to
learn the truth about everything.
About the dragon, about the people
of Tazmily Village, about your
friends, about Porky and about the
world. After the very long and eye
opening story, Leder gives you the
Stinkbugs Memory incase you
forget what he told you. Now head
out of here and go straight for the
Empire Porky Building.
As you are about to leave the
sewers Fassad appears from the
filthy waters. It is time to face him
one last time. Strategy.
Fassad is no more. Before he
plummets into the murky waters he
says that you are all part of Master
Porkys game. Well, it is time to end
this game in more ways then one.
Head to the Empire Porky Building.

            TO THE 100TH FLOOR
       If you check the giant statue
       of Porky, you can now return
       its hostile feelings. The
statue is very much alive and ready
to kick butt. With its HP reaching
100,000,000 taking him down
normally will take quite awhile. For
a much faster win, speak to the
Pigmask that sells explosives,
located down the nearby ladder.
Purchase the New Years Eve
bomb and use it on the statue to
quickly turn it into rubble. Speak to
the nearby man for the Trivia Card
4.
The trip through the enormous
Empire Porky Building will be a long
one. Be sure to purchase any items
you want now before you venture
inside. When ready, enter the
building and go to the elevator in
the room on the left.
The elevator can only take you to
the 24th floor. This happens to be
the same floor the DCMC concert is
being held. Head to the concert hall
and reunite Duster, or rather Lucky,
with the DCMC. When in control of
Duster, walk up to the afro wig and
put it on. Time to jam.
The DCMC take the stage and own
it. However the concert is cut short
by a mysterious voice. You are
beckoned to the 100th floor for a
meeting. Head to the elevator and
ride it to the next floor.
This isnt the 100th floor. In fact, it´s
nowhere close to it. Walk through
the Hippo Launchers wadding pools
and head east. You will come
across a present with a Super
Bomb inside. Head north and then
hop out of the water. A Hippo
Researcher will think you are being
suspicious and sick a Hippo
Launcher on you! After the fight
head south and grab the Ultimate
Shoes from the present. Head back
and go through the door.
Go east and jump back into the
wadding pool. Go west and you will
find presents with Grilled Chicken
and a Cup of Lifenoodles inside.
Take the nearby elevator to the next
floor.
Again, this isnt the 100th floor but
Master Porkys throne room. Just
pass on through and take the next
elevator.
This is the bathroom floor. The third
door holds a present with an Attack
Attractor and the last door leads to
the next hall. The last door contains
a Honey Shower, but you will have
to get past the Mens Room Sign
first. The third door leads to another
hall with even more bathrooms.
Take the last door on the left to get
to yet another hall. The third door
on the right has a Pigmask Major
inside and a present with a Red
Collar. The fourth door goes to yet
another hallway of bathrooms.
Nothing much in this hall but a Save
Frog. Take the last door on the left.
The third door on the right leads to
a giant door that takes you out of
this bathroom maze. Ride the
elevator inside.
       In the final bathroom hallway,
       the last door on the right has
       a dangerous occupant.
Knock on the door once for a
familiar sound. Knock on it again for
an angry response. Go through the
door and you will be greeted by the
Ultimate Chimera! Youll see a
present lying next to him but DON´T
go for it! Instead, run out of the
room and go in the door on the left.
Now quickly run back to the hall and
make a mad dash for the busted
down bathroom door on the right.
Open the present and get an
Awesome Ring. Run back out of
this room and through the door on
the left. Remember, getting caught
by the Ultimate Chimera means
game over!
This floor contains A Magypsy
shell house? Inside you will find six
presents with Luxury Bananas and
Locrias Memento. Was Fassad the
missing Magypsy? Take the
elevator located east to the largest
floor youve reach so far.

This large floor doesnt seem to be
finished yet. There are a bunch of
robots here so be ready for a few
more fights then you have seen
lately. From the elevator, go east,
north, west, and the north through
the door.
You want to get to the right side of
this area. Dash into the man and
knock him over to create a human
bridge. Go in the door and inside is
a present with your Favorite Pizza.
Head back and then go east. Dash
into another man and go through
the door. Climb the ladders and pull
the lever to complete another
human bridge. Head east.
Take the north plank and go east.
After the announcement, take the
south plank and go west to find a
present with the Angel Gloves. Had
back and go though another
elevator.
This area is like one huge lab. Head
east until you find presents with a
King Burger and a Magic Cake. Go
north to find the Canine Weapon,
Boneys one and only toy of
destruction! Head back and go east
and then north.
You will find a present with a Super
Bomb on the west wall. Follow the
path and go east and then
immediately south to find a
Sagittarius Bracelet. Continue east
and walk through the Nice Person
Hot Spring. You can find a Save
Frog at the end. Go through the
door and up the stairs for the
possibly strangest floor yet
In order to be determined if you are
fit to meet with Master Poky, Lucas
and company must partake in a few
games… And lose at them. The first
game you should hit only 9 moles.
Hitting the man will get you
shocked. After losing go to the next
room.
The Purple Bridge Race Game is
easy. Just let the Maser Min-Porky
beat you to the end, but by only a
few steps. Just get to the end and
wait for him to cross, and then do
the same. Go into the final game
room.
To Whom Goes the Boom is
another easy one. Slowly blow up to
your balloon to its largest size, and
the just leave it like that. Let the
Master Mini-Porky blow is up until it
explodes. Congratulations! By
losing, you have proven you are fit
to meet with Master Porky. Head
through he door and up the stairs.
This is the real 100th floor. But the
Natural Killer Cyborg bloacks your
way. Use lots of stat-altering and
make sure Lucas always has
enough PP for Lifeup Ω. Have
Kumatora focus on using her
strongest PK Thunder. He's tough,
but more than anything, he's just
intimidating. Don't let his looks or
attacks scare you, and just focus on
your strategy.
After the fight go through the door
and walk down the hall. Take a boat
ride down memory lane. Just enjoy
this, especially if you are a fan of
EarthBound/MOTHER 2. At the
end, feel free to take the Pencil
Eraser from the present and use it
on the pencil-shaped iron statue.
Head through the door and down
the hall for the long awaited
encounter with Master Porky.
Porky just wants to be your friend.
But no matter how you want it, he
blows up in your face. You have to
fight and onslaught of Porky
imposters! Just keep attacking
normally and use all of your PSI.
After taking down 7 of these pests,
you realize there is no end of them
in sight
Tonda Gossa! The DCMC are here
to save the day! After the make
quick work of the Porky imposters,
Flint and a few old friends join in to
lend a hand. But the real Master
Porky Minch finally makes his
appearance and ruins the reunion.
After he reveals his plans and the
location of the final Needle, Lucas
and company take a one way
elevator ride. Going down.

                THE FINAL NEEDLE
Thrown from the elevator, you find
yourself in a large cavern deep
below New Pork City. Flint insists
on going ahead first. Follow his lead
and go south down the many stairs
and ladders. Along the way you
come across a familiar doorknob. At
the bottom is a Save Frog, and a
present with hot spring inside. Go
through the cave.
Follow the winding eerie path.
Eventually you will come across a
defeated Flint. Press on and you
should come across a present with
the Real Bat inside. Continue to
follow the path until you reach a
ladder. Ready yourself, because
you are about to fight a series of
fight that will determine who pulls
the final Needle.
It is finally time to tangle with Porky.
He maybe old, but that chair of his
is certainly brand spankety new.
And deadly. Strategy
Sensing he is losing, Porky jumps in
the Absolutely Safe Capsule. Since
there is absolutely no way to do any
damage, the battle is over. Dr.
Andonuts shows up to explain that
even though Porky is inside, he can
never come out. It may not be a
total victory, but at least Porky will
never pester anyone again.
Continue to follow the path.
This is the final Save Frog. Make
sure you speak to him. Use the
sauna to fully charge up. Also, if
you head all the way back to the
ladder before you fought Porky, the
Item Guy is there waiting one final
time to give or take your items.
When you are ready, follow the path
all the way to the end.
The final Needle And there stands
the Masked Man. Your brother,
Lucas. Quickly everyone is brought
down by the lightning, save for
Lucas thanks to his Franklin Badge.
Lucas is left to fight his twin brother
alone.
The long fight, finally over, Flint
kneels over the fallen Claus. Go
and pull the final Needle and make
the world a new one.
