Subject-New ICETAB application for filing Feedback forms using ICETAB devices –
reg.
Kind reference is invited to ICES advisory 15/2024 dated 21.08.2024
regarding launch of ICETAB devices and ICES advisory 31/2025 dated 29.05.2025
regarding feedback form for Customs officers. References have been received from
field formation that feedback form are not visible on ICETAB devices to the
examination officers.
2. In this regard, new application “ICES_PreProd_30May2025” has been
launched for ICETAB application wherein the facility to provide feedback
mechanism using ICETAB devices is made functional. All the officers are requested
to switch to the new application by downloading the same from the play-store.
Copy of screenshot is attached for reference.
3. Officers under your jurisdiction may be guided suitably and informed.
