Consequent upon the completion of Moping up round of counselling held

z on 6-5-2019 and 7-5-2019 for filling up of unfilled MD/MS/PG Diploma 2019 seats
and pursuant to registration of candidates after reduced cut-off score by the
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and on the basis of
various Notices and Notifications issued from time to time, the candidates available
o in the BOPEE office on 13-5-2019 and willing to be considered for being placed in
the waiting list to be operated upon by the colleges were considered on the basis of
their merit, preference and willingness to opt for the unfilled seats .

.71?- Accordingly list of candidates as per Annexure "A" to this Notification

(Available at BOPEE official website only i.e jkbopee.gov.in ) who have been
considered against the unfilled Medical Seats in the Medical Colleges/Institutions
and have given their willingness to be considered against such seats is annexed
herewith indicating the college and the discipline allotted. These candidates shall
have to join the college/institution up to 16-5-2019 (4PM).
Following seats have remained unfilled on 13-5-2019 at GMC Jammu.

In order to fill these seats any eligible and willing candidate who has not
registered so far or has registered but has not been allotted a seat so far and
intends to avail of the same, may approach the BOPEE on 14-5-2019 ( 10 AM) for
a. purpose of on spot registration / allotment.

The Board shall also explore the possibility of forwarding a waiting list to the

colleges against any seat that may remain un-filled up to 16-5-2019.

In accordance with the MCI schedule, the admission will come to a close on
n-5-2019 (5PM) and no admission shall be made after the cut-off date under any
tances. The admission process shall be deemed to be closed accordingly.

 Colleges shall forward the shortfall, if any on 18-5-2019 (5:15 PM) and shall
submit the list of candidates finally admitted to the BOPEE also on 18-5-2019 and
ensure that no error takes place while submitting the consolidated list of candidates
so admitted.

All other conditions shall remain the same as notified hitherto fore.
